LifeNet is a Customer Services online portal specifically created for 24/7 interaction with customers:
• LifeNet provides highly transparent and easy
access to all service activities, like equipment
monitoring and opening a service ticket.
• Not just information, but also services can be
accessed at the click of a button.
• Complete system maintenance and performance
reports are offered – a clear guide for facility and
department managers in their asset management
and capital budget planning.

Example: Service ticket processing
• Customers can register a service request on LifeNet (or by telephone call).
• Siemens analyzes the request and initiates remote service, if possible.
• LifeNet allows real-time monitoring of the status of the service request
(for example, to see if a service technician is already on the way).
• All service activity is documented and is available in LifeNet in the activity history.
