Overview
Luca is currently sitting with Paul McGrath in the Wealth Planning department where he assists on a range of trusts, tax and estate
and succession planning issues for UK domiciled and non-UK domiciled clients.
Luca previously sat with Dawn Goodman in the Contentious Trust and Succession Group where he assisted on a wide range of
matters involving domestic and international trusts and probate, and was then seconded to the Hong Kong office for six months
where he assisted Marcus Dearle on a range of family law matters including trusts in divorce, international surrogacy and
guardianship issues.
