Hard facts for soft riveting
Every year, excessive vibration results in debilitating
injuries to nerve endings and circulation problems

(white fingers). This means that many excellent riveters
simply can’t go back to work.
To change all this, we’ve invested in sophisticated
R&D to develop the ultimate recoilless riveting solution.
• Air dampening
RRH10
A softening cushion of air forms behind the hammer
piston of the gun after each impact. The sensation is
smooth and comfortable. In short, using the RRH hammer and the RBB bucking bar together reduces toolrelated costs regarding injury, absenteeism and loss of
skilled workers.

Ever wonder why right-handed riveters often suffer greater damage to their left hand? It’s due to the excessive
vibrations transmitted to the forward hand when alig-

invented our unique protective sleeve, available on all

Extended usage time.
In the European directive 2002/44/EC limits for vibration
exposure at work are given. To comply the usage time
might need to be reduced. In a typical application a
conventional bucking bar could be used less than 11 min.

exceeded. In the same application the corresponding RBB
could be used for up to 3 hours riveting time.
