ART DREAMING AT ADULT ED Local indigenous stories of growing up have been captured through art and storytelling in a full-colour book ‘Drawing from the Past’. The book is part of an innovative series of publications that encourage local indigenous people to record their history while gaining important skills, which resulted in the awarding of a Certificate II in Business. The book records the experience of not just participants but the wider indigenous community as each participant was required to interview another person. The highly personal stories tell the human experience of growing up on the South Coast.
