Notification of transactions of directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their connected
persons
In accordance with rule 3.1.4R of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (the
"DTRs"), the Company announces that it was today notified (in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R) that the following
acquisitions and sale of nil paid rights in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 5 pence each by directors of the
Company, persons discharging managerial responsibilities and/or their respective connected persons took place in
London today. Each of these transactions took place pursuant to the terms of the 5 for 16 rights issue at 88 pence per
new ordinary share announced by the Company on 16 June 2014.
