Sanction is hereby accorded to the release of funds as per details given in the
Annexure to this order for the above mentioned Major Head of Account for the current
financial year 2014-15 in favour of Drawing & Disbursing Officers of newly created
administrative units shown against each for making the new administrative units
functional created vide Govt. order No. Rev/S/169 of 2014 dated 18.07.2014.
1. The DDO shall not make any deviation of funds from one head to another head of
account.
2. The funds released shall be utilized for remaining period of current financial year
2014-15 i.e. August 2014 to February 2015 as per approved scale by the Cabinet.
3. The austerity measures invoked shall remain in force for 2014-15as well.
4. The DDO while incurring the expenditure under various object heads shall obtain
all codal formalities.

5. The DDO shall restrict the expenditure within the limit of Budget allocation shown
against each in this allotment order.
6. The funds released in this allotment order are purely for meeting the expenditure for
the current financial year 2014-15.
7. The DDO is personally responsible for rendering the monthly expenditure
Statement (B-13) before 10th of every month.
