The Concierge Desk is conveniently located on level 2 outside
BHS and will help you with locating stores, transport information,
and any other queries you may have.
Victoria Road
There is a microwave available and parent and toddler toilets. Our
Parent and Baby Room is situated in the Food Court opposite the
Nutmeg Tree Tearooms.
ACCESSIBLE SHOPPING
Accessible parking bays are located on levels
4 and 6 of Royal Victoria Place Car Park.
Wheelchairs and scooters are available for hire from
shopmobility located on level 1 opposite Next.
Accessible toilets are located at several locations
throughout the mall.
An induction loop is provided at the
Concierge Desk on level 2 for the
benefit of hearing aid users.

BY CAR:
Tunbridge Wells is accessible via the A21 from the North, at
junction 5 of the M25 and from the South as far as Hastings.
From the East the main routes are the A262 and A26 and from
the West, the A264.
BY TRAIN:
Tunbridge Wells Train Station is well served by rail services. Leave
the station from the Mount Pleasant exit and a five minute walk up
the hill will take you to Royal Victoria Place.
BY BUS:
There are a number of bus services into Tunbridge Wells from
Chatham, Maidstone, Brighton, Gatwick, Edenbridge, Hastings,
Heathfield, Benenden and Oxted. For further information and
