March 31, Mon. Web registration begins for all currently
enrolled students (including dual
enrollment) continuing for Fall 2014 classes.

Priority deadline to have financial aid file
complete to be considered for
institutionally awarded aid for the Fall 2014
term.
All institutionally approved grants, loans
and scholarships exceeding tuition and fee
charges will be available to pay for books
and supplies. Students should review their
account balance online to verify fund
availability.
Aug. 13, Wed.
All required documentation must be
received and placement testing completed
for all dual enrollment and early admission
students at both the high school campus as
well as SCF for the Fall 2014 term.
All required documents must be received
by the Financial Aid Office to ensure
funding of tuition and fees at the
beginning of the Fall 2014 term.
Documents received after this date will be
processed in the order they were received
by the financial aid office. Students should
pay for their classes by the established pay
dates as reimbursement will be made based
upon eligibility.

All tuition and fee payments due for Fall
2014 term classes. All Fall 2014 class
schedules not secured with full payment or
financial aid by 11:59 p.m. will be
cancelled for non-payment.
Summer 2014 grades posted to student
transcripts.

Last day placement testing offered to new
students for classes that begin Aug. 18-23.
Aug. 15, Fri.
Last day of new student orientations for Fall
2014 classes beginning Aug. 18-23.
Last day for submission of residency
documentation for Fall 2014 term.

All Fall 2014 class schedules not secured
with full payment or financial aid by 11:59
p.m. will be cancelled for non-payment.
Deadline to pay any tuition and fee
balances not covered by financial aid;
including Florida Prepaid and Bright Futures

degree/program major for the Fall 2014
term. All changes after this date will be
effective for the spring 2015 term.
Sept. 4, Thu.
Financial aid enrollment census date for the
Fall 2014 term. Total credit hours registered
on this date will be used to establish
financial aid eligibility. All future class
registrations after this date will not be
eligible for federal financial aid for the Fall
2014 term.
Sept. 5, Fri.
Last day to submit an application for Fall
2014 graduation.
Sept. 12, Fri.
All charges due SCF will be deducted from
the disbursement of any scholarships,
grants and/or returning student loans, and
the remaining balances will be available on
student SCF OneCard accounts.

All charges due SCF will be deducted from
the disbursement of student loan funds for
first time borrowers and the remaining
balances will be available on student SCF
OneCard accounts.
An “I” grade not previously completed for
the Spring 2014 and/or Summer 2014 term
will be changed to an “F” on the student’s
permanent record.
All charges due SCF will be deducted from
the second disbursement of student loan
funds for Fall 2014 only loans and any
remaining balances will be available on
student SCF OneCard accounts.
