HAZARDOUS CARGO
All bookings for hazardous cargo are subject to Shipping Line approval.
Copies of MO41'S should be sent to the EXPORT DEPARTMENT before the day of Cut Off.
MO41'S must include: Shipper and Consignee details including 24 HOUR Phone No, Vessel & Voyage,
Loading and Discharge ports, Chemical and correct Shipping Name, IMO Class, UN No, IMDG Page No,
Flash Point, Packing Group, EMS, number and type of packages (Inner and Outer), Weight (Nett and Gross) and CBM.
PLEASE NOTE that declaring incorrect information or insufficient details may incur fines.

FORWARDING INSTRUCTIONS
Once cargo has been delivered to the Depot, please FAX or EMAIL a copy of your final Forwarding Instructions with EDN'S.
For all PERSONAL EFFECTS shipments please ensure packing lists are also sent with the forwarding instructions.
For all INLAND DESTINATIONS please ensure that the Commercial Invoice and Packing List are also sent to us.
