La MOSART ANTIQUA
nasce nel 1995,
si occupa della produzione
di marmi Anticati e Spazzolati,
nonché accessori in massello:
Lavelli e Lavabi,Piatti Doccia,
Tops, Colonne, Fontane,
Bordi Piscina.
Può eseguire diverse lavorazioni
su molteplici formati e tipologie
di marmo.
Molte lavorazioni sono eseguite a mano
con l’attenzione dell’artigiano,
mentre macchinari specifici
permettono la realizzazione di lavori
standard o personalizzati
su richiesta del cliente.
ANTICATO NATURALE
Questo termine prende il nome dal risultato di una
particolare lavorazione, che conferisce al materiale l’aspetto vissuto,
come se fosse usurato dal tempo e i bordi arrotondati.
Le piastrelle sono lavorate in modo artigianale,
l’anticatura è il risultato dell’azione fisica dell’acqua sul materiale
ed il contatto tra i pezzi all’interno dei buratti,
senza l’utilizzo di sostanze chimiche.
Questo processo rende ogni piastrella un pezzo unico,
un abbinamento ideale sia in ristrutturazioni di ambienti rustici
che in ambienti moderni, esterni ed interni, in qualunque luogo
in cui si voglia esaltare l’aspetto anticato, vissuto.

apposite spazzole sulla piastrella, si ottengono i lati leggermente
arrotondati e gli spigoli diritti.

Sono il risultato di una particolare
tecnica di lavorazione che consiste nel donare alla superficie
del marmo una finitura vissuta che, come ricoperta
da una patina naturale, rimarrà nel tempo.
I bordi vengono spigolati con una leggera arrotondatura
o cesellati mediante martellinatura.
Lo spessore di questo tipo di marmo, viene calibrato a cm 1,3.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA E PAGAMENTO
1. Offerte e forniture. Le nostre offerte non sono mai impegnative. Ordini contratti ed accordi verbali e telefonici devono avere la nostra conferma scritta. Con il primo
ordine, il compratore si intende obbligato alla conoscenza delle nostre condizioni di vendita e pagamento.
2. Prezzi. I nostri prezzi si intendono per misure unitarie, franco stabilimento partenza. I prezzi di fatturazione sono quelli del listino vigente il giorno della fornitura, sia
nel caso di forniture uniche, che nel caso di forniture differite. Eventuali spese da noi anticipate per nolo carrello ferroviario, pesa, marche da bollo, ecc..., che sono
sempre a carico del compratore, devono essere rimborsate immediatamente in contanti.
3. Pagamento. Tutti i pagamenti devono essere fatti direttamente alla ditta fornitrice nella valuta indicata in fattura. Tutte le spese di pagamento sostenute dalla
parte acquirente sono a suo esclusivo carico. In caso di mancato pagamento alla scadenza del termine stabilito, la ditta venditrice è autorizzata ad addebitare, senza
ulteriore sollecito, gli interessi di mora, in misura pari al tasso ufficiale di sconto maggiorato di 4 punti oltre alle spese eventualmente a Lei addebitate in conseguenza
dell’insoluto. Gli sconti eventualmente concordati, verranno detratti dal prezzo al momento della fatturazione, fermo restando il diritto ad addebitare successivamente
l’importo dello sconto nel caso in cui non venissero rispettate le condizioni che avevano giustificato la concessione.
4. Tempi di consegna. I termini di consegna sono soltanto indicativi e mai impegnativi. Eventi di forza maggiore (mancanza di energia elettrica, materie prime, mezzi
di trasporto, gelo, scioperi, serrate, ecc...) ci autorizzano ad interrompere od annullare le forniture. Non si risponde di eventuali danni causati da tali eventi.
5. Spedizione. La merce viaggia sempre a completo rischio del compratore, anche in caso di forniture franco destino. Non vengono date garanzie circa la data precisa
dell’arrivo della merce a destinazione, né per la durata del trasporto. Non rispondiamo di danni per rotture, insozzature e perdite di materiale durante il trasporto. I
reclami del caso devono essere rivolti al vettore previo accertamenti ufficiali del danno. Per i trasporti via mare valgono inoltre le condizioni particolari della Società
Marittima incaricata del trasporto. Il termine di carico una volta stabilito, deve essere rigorosamente rispettato dall’acquirente o chi per esso, altrimenti la merce può
essere venduta a terzi senza dover rispondere di danni per spese derivanti dai mezzi di trasporto inviati.
6. Foro competente. Per qualsiasi controversia anche in ordine di protesti cambiari, resta competente il foro di Mondovì.
7. Riservato dominio. La merce fornita resta in nostra proprietà fino all’intero saldo di tutte le nostre forniture, anche quando fosse già stata trasformata e depositata
presso terzi. Pertanto il compratore non può vendere la merce da noi fornita, anche se da lui trasformata, ad un prezzo inferiore a quello di costo, in quanto i suoi diritti
derivanti dalle vendite passano automaticamente, sine conditio, a noi. La merce così come da noi fornita oppure già trasformata, nonché i diritti con essa acquisiti dal
compratore, non possono essere sequestrati o passati in proprietà a terzi a garanzia per nessun motivo. L’acquirente si impegna ad informarci immediatamente, nel
caso in cui terze persone vantassero diritti su detti materiali.
8. Reclami. La merce deve essere immediatamente controllata al suo arrivo. Qualsiasi contestazione dovrà essere comunicata per iscritto entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento; diversamente la merce si considera accettata. I reclami che dovessero pervenire anche entro il suddetto termine, dopo la rivendita, la lavorazione o l’impiego da
parte del cliente, non potranno essere accolti, in nessun caso dopo che il materiale è stato posato. Tale eventuale reclamo deve pervenirci a mezzo lettera raccomandata. Con tale reclamo, l’acquirente non è autorizzato a rifiutare la spedizione e tanto meno a rinviare pagamenti o trattenere somme a titolo di indennizzo. In nessun
caso sarà riconosciuto un danno superiore al valore netto della merce fornita. Gli spessori vengono accettati con una tolleranza di 2 mm in più o in meno.
9. Campioni. I nostri campioni di marmi anticati e spazzolati, servono solo per dare una idea generica e quindi non hanno alcun valore impegnativo. Per marmi colorati

10.Pezzi su misura. Merce ordinata su misura non viene mai accettata in restituzione o sostituita.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND PAYMENT
1. Offers and Consignments. Our offers are never binding. Contract orders and verbal or telephone agreements must have our written confirmation. With the first order, the buyer agrees to be bound by the
terms of the general conditions of sale and payment.
2. Prices. Our prices refer to unitary sizes, and do not include shipping and trasportation costs, which are the buyer’s expense ( i.e., EXW[Ex works] our production facility). The billing prices are those of the price list in effect the day of the consignment both in the case of immediate consignments as well as in the case of deferred consignments. Any payment of expenses advanced by us for hiring boxcars, for weigh,
for revenue stamps, etc., all of which are always at the buyer’s expense, must be reimbursed immediately in cash.
3. Paymemt. All payments must be made directly to the supplying firm in the amount indicated on the invoice. All the payment transaction expenses incurred by the buyer are the buyer’s sole responsability. In
case payment is not received by the agreed upon date, the seller-company is authorized to charge the buyer, without further request, interest on the late payment at a rate equal to the official discount rate increased by four points in addition to any other expenses charged to the buyer as a result of the unpaid debt. Any agreed upon discounts will be deducted from the price at the time of the issuance of the invoice,
reserving the right subsequently to charge back the amount of the discount in the event in which the conditions that had justified the price reduction are not honored.
4. Timing of Consignment. The consignment dates are only approximate and never binding. Circumstances beyond the seller’s control (electric power loss, unavailability of raw materials, means of transport,
frigid cold, strikes, hoarding, etc.) authorize the seller to interrupt or cancel the supply order. The seller is not liable for any damages caused by such events.
5. Shipping. The goods always travel entirely at the risk of the buyer, even in the case of consignments FOB destination. No guarantees are made about the precise date of the arrival of the goods to their
destination, nor are they made in regards to the time required to transport them. We are not liable for the breaking, soiling, or loss of materials during shipping. In such events, claims must be addressed to the
carrier, subject to official verification of the damage. For shipping by sea, the particular conditions of the maritime company charged with the delivery are, additionally, in effect. The loading dates, once set, must
be rigorously followed by the buyer or buyer’s agent, otherwise the goods can be sold to third parties without liability for damages due to expenses from the engaged shipper.
6.Place of Jurisdiction ( Choice of Forum). For any dispute, even a billing dispute, the forum of Mondovì (CN), Italy, shall be the place of jurisdiction.
7. Retention of Title. The supplied goods remain our property until the entire balance for all consignments is paid, even in the event where they are trasformed and transferred to third parties. Consequently,
the buyer cannot sell the goods we provide, even where they have been transformed by the buyer, at a price below cost in that the buyer’s rights as a subsequent seller pass automatically, without condition,
to us. The goods, whether they remain in the state in which we consigned them or whether they have already been transformed, as well as the rights acquired through them from the buyer, cannot be seized or
conveyed to third parties as security for any reason. The buyer promises to inform us immediately in the event in which third parties claim rights over said materials.
8. Complaints. The goods must be immediately checked upon arrival. Any objection should be communicated in writing within eight (8) days of receipt of the goods; otherwise the goods are considered accepted. Complaints that arise even within the above-noted time period after the resale, the reworking, or the use of the goods on the part of the buyer will not be able to be accepted in any case after the material
has been laid down. Any such complaints are to reach us by means of registered mail. With such complaints, the buyer is not authorized to refuse delivery or even to postpone payment or to withhold sums of
money as damages. In no case will damages in excess of the net value of the supplied goods be recognized. Thicknesses within a tolerance of plus or minus two (2) milimeters are to be deemed acceptable.
9. Samples. Our samples of antiquated and brushed marbles serve only to give a general idea and thus have no binding effect. In the case of colored or veined marbles, one must consider as normal the
surfacing. Nevertheless, we shall take care to provide materials that most closely resemble the samples.
10. Prices Made to Measure. Goods ordered to measure are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
CONDITIONS GENERALES DE VENTE ET DE PAIEMENT
1. Offres et fouritures. Nos offres ne vous engagent jamais. Commandes écrites et commandes verbales doivent avoir notre confirmation écrite. Avec la première commande, l’acheteur est supposé connaître
nos conditions de vente et de paiement.
2. Prix. Nos prix s’entendent pour mesures à l’unitè, franco départ. Les prix de facturation sont ceux du tarif en vigueur le jour de fournitures, aussi bien dans le cas de fournitures anciennes que dans le cas de
fournitures différées. D’éventuelles dépenses avancées par nous: location de wagon ferroviaire, pesée, timbres, etc., qui sont toujours à la charge de l’acheteur, doivent être remboursées immédiatement et en
espèces.
3. Paiement. Tous les paiements doivent être effectués directement à la société dans la monnaie indiquée sur la facture. Dans les dépenses de paiement supportées par le client sont à sa charge exclusive. En
cas de retard de paiement à l’échéance établie, le fournisseur est autorisé à débiter san ultérieur avertissement, les intérêts de retard, conformément au taux officiel majoré de 4 points en plus des dépenses
qui seraient débitées au fournisseur à cause du non-paiement. Les escomptes éventuellement accordés, seront déduits du prix au moment de la facturation, le fournisseur gardant le droit de débiter successivement le montant de l’escompte dans le cas où ne seraient pas respectés les conditions qui en avaient justifié l’octroi.
4. Délais de livraison. Les délais de livraison sont donnés à titre indicatif et ne sont jamais contractuels. Les cas de force majeure (coupures d’électricité, manque de matières premières, problèmes de transport, gel, grèves, etc. ) autorisent à interrompre ou à annuler la livraison. Le fournisseur ne répond pas des pertes causées par ces événements.
5 Expédition. La marchandise voyage toujours aux risques et périls de l’acheteur même en cas de livraison franco destination. Le fournisseur ne s’engage pas à donner la date précise de l’arrivée de la
marchandise à la destination ni la durée du transport. Le fournisseur ne répond pas des dommages dus à la casse, salissure et perte de matériel pendant le transport. Les réclamations doivent être adressées
au transporteur avec les preuves officielles des dommages subis. Pour les transports maritimes, sont valables en plus les conditions particulières de la Société maritime chargée du transport. L’acceptation
de la marchandise, après son établissement, doit être rigoureusement respectée par le Client ou son mandant autrement la marchandise peut être vendue à une tierce personne sans avoir à répondre des
dommages pour les dépenses engagées pour l’envoi de moyens de transport.
6. Tribunal compétent. Pour toute controverse même pour des lettres de change impayées, seul est compétent le Tribunal de Commerce de MONDOVI.
7. Propriété réservée. La marchandise fournie reste en notre propriété jusque au complet paiement de toutes les marchandises même si ces dernières ont déjà subi des transformations et ont été déposées
auprès de tiers. En même temps, le Client ne peut vendre les marchandises livrées par nous, même si elles ont subi des transformations de sa part, à un prix inférieur à celui d’achat, car les droits qui résultent
de la vente, passent automatiquement, sans condition, à nous. Les marchandises par nous fournies, même si elles ont subi des transformations de la part du client, de même que les droits acquis par l’acheteur avec les marchandises, ne peuvent être séquestrés ou passés en propriété à une tierce personne en garantie en aucune raison. L’acheteur s’engage à nous avertir immédiatement dans le cas où des tiers
déclarairent des droits sur ces marchandises.
8.Réclamations. La marchandise doit être contrôlée à son arrivée. Toute contestation doit être communiquée par écrit dans les 8 jours de la réception; dans le cas contraire, la marchandise est considérée
comme acceptée. Les réclamations qui pourraient parvenir même dans ce délai, après la revente, les modifications ou l’utilisation de la part du client, ne pourront être acceptées, à majeure raison après que
le matériel ait été posé. Toute éventuelle réclamation doit nous parvenir par lettre recommandée. Après réclamation, l’acheteur n’est pas autorisé à refuser la livraison et encore moins à retarder le paiement
ou à retenir des sommes à titre de dédommagement. En aucun cas, ne seront reconnus des dommages supérieurs à la valeur nette de la marchandise fournie. Les épaisseurs viennent acceptées avec une
tolérance de 2 mm en plus ou en moins.
9. Echantillons. Nos échantillons de marbres « à l’ancienne » et brossés, ne sont utiles que pour donner une idée générale et donc ne font l’objet d’aucun engagement; Pour des marbres veinés ou colorés, on
doit trouver normale. Toutefois, nous ferons tout notre possible pour fournir du matériel le plus possible conforme à l’échantillon.
10. Pièces sur mesure. La marchandise commandée sur mesure n’est jamais acceptée en reuour ou remplacée.
