CHILDREN’S MINISTRY SILENT PAGING: We have a digital
silent paging system for our parents. If your child gets sick or needs
immediate attention from you during the service, your coupon number
will be flashed on the display monitors located in both front corners
and rear of the Main Sanctuary, on the left hand corner of the MultiPurpose Room, and on the left hand corner of the Overflow Room.
Please respond to the silent page as soon as you notice your child’s
coupon number.
HEARING DEVICES: If you have a hearing impairment and need
assistance with hearing during the services, we have hearing devices
that are available at the Welcome Center to check out and use during
the service. These hearing devices are available with head phones or
ear buds and can be used anywhere in the sanctuary.
CORNERSTONE BOOKSTORE: The bookstore is open Mon. 10:00
AM – 6:00 PM, Tue. 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Wed. 11:00 AM – 6:00
PM, Thurs. 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Fri. 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sat. 9:00
AM – 4:00 PM and Sun. 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Open one hour after all
services. We carry Christian books, music, cards, gift items, Bibles and
more! Cornerstone Bookstore gift cards are also available. Contact the

CORNERSTONE CAFÉ: The Café is open on Sunday mornings from
8:30 AM - 2:30 PM and on Sunday and Thursday evenings one hour
before and after services. Enjoy the fresh quality food and fast service.

SANCTUARY POLICIES
During the service time, please turn off your cell phones, bluetooths
and place your pagers on vibrate mode. Our services are designed
primarily for adults, so we ask that you would take your children to
the classes offered in the Children’s Ministry. Children ten years and
older are permitted in the Main Sanctuary and Multi-Purpose Room
when accompanied by a parent. We hope to adequately minister
to you and your children on a personal level. Please do not move
around after the service has begun, and please be sensitive to those
around you who want to listen and learn from God’s Word. If you
need to leave the Main Sanctuary during the Bible Study for any
reason, we request that you not re-enter the Main Sanctuary, but we
ask you to join us in the Multi-Purpose Room. We do this to keep
distractions at a minimum as we study God’s Word. Thank you.

I love the fact that Peter reminds us that we are “pilgrims” or aliens, foreigners of another land. We are only visiting this planet; we are just
passing through; our home is with Jesus. And He has gone to prepare a place for us and has promised that He will come again and take us
to that place which we know as heaven. Earth is a nice place to visit, but there is no place like home. Remember, that we are “pilgrims” here;
we are just passing through.

Monday Prayer Time • Monday, February 2nd, 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m., Senior High Teen Center. Start your day off right before work, school or
at home, join us for our weekly Monday morning prayer. We will have a time of worship, prayer and communion. Contact Pastor Tuvai for details.
Missions’ Shaken Prayer Meeting • Today, February 1st, 2:30 p.m., Discipleship Training Classroom A. Get involved with missions by coming
alongside the ministry through prayer for our outreaches and mission trips in our backyard, borders and beyond. We will be lifting up our communities,
CCSB missionaries, upcoming mission trips and the persecuted church all over the world. Contact Pastor Dennis for more information.
PAUSE: A Night of Worship • Wednesday, Febraury 4th, 7:00 p.m., Main Sanctuary. “Sing to the Lord, for He has done excellent things; this is
known in all the earth.” Isaiah 12:5 (NKJ) Come take a break from your busy work week and join us for our monthly “PAUSE: A Night of Worship.”

body of Christ.
Marriage Ministry Perfect Marriage Series • Monday, February 2nd, 7:00 p.m., Multi-Purpose Room. The Marriage Ministry has started a new
series entitled, “Perfect Marriage.” This is a 10-week series focusing on the law of the Lord is perfect and in keeping it there is great reward. Come
and join other married couples in Christ and learn what it looks like to have a “Perfect Marriage.” Children’s Ministry will be provided. Contact

Hope Ministry (Singles) • Friday, February 13th at 7:00 PM, Cornerstone Café. Hey singles! Celebrate “Valiant Times Night” with the H.O.P.E.
Ministry and enjoy great worship, games and an Italian food themed potluck. Come and meet some new friends.
Valentines Marriage Retreat • Friday, February 6th - Sunday, February 8th, Twin Peaks Conference Center in the San Bernardino Mountains. You

Men’s Ministry Breakfast • The Men’s Ministry will be hosting a Men’s Breakfast on Saturday, February 7th at 7:30 AM in the Kid’s Sanctuary.
Come enjoy a time of fellowship as we break bread together and hear a special message from our guest speaker Pastor Xavier Ries of Calvary Chapel
Pasadena. The cost will be $5.00 per person. Ages 15 years and older are welcome. For more details, please contact Pastor Tuvai.
Youth Winter Camps • Junior High Camp: Friday, February 27th - Sunday, March 1st; High School Camp: Friday, March 13th - Sunday, March
15th; Calvary Chapel Christian Camp in Green Valley Lake. Register for the Youth Winter Camps in the Children’s Ministry Welcome Center (Junior
High Camp) and Senior High Teen Center (High School Camp) before and after services. The cost is $140. The final payment is due Thursday,
February 26, 2015. This year’s theme for both camps is “Hold On” taken from Philippians 1:6. Some of our teens need financial support to attend
camp. If you would like to bless a student and sponsor the full amount or portion of a student’s registration, contact Pastor Charlie or Jimmy Orellana.
Pray & Fast For New Senior Pastor • We invite the body of Christ to join with the pastors, staff and church board of Calvary Chapel South Bay
as we continue to pray and fast for God’s hand to provide a new senior pastor for our church. Pray for God’s wisdom and discernment, patience and
strength for our Board of Directors and our pastors as they seek for God’s perfect will to be done.
Food Pantry • Our Food Pantry Ministry which provides food for those in need in our church body is running low on supplies. If you would like to
donate to the pantry, please drop off non-perishable food items in the bin located in the foyer. Please refer to the Food Pantry flyer for a specific list
