Molly Meacham is an associate in the Litigation Services, Employment & Labor Services, and Energy & Natural
Resources groups of Babst Calland. Ms. Meacham focuses her practice in the areas of general commercial and
environmental litigation; as well as to represent business entities in employment disputes. She has tried jury trials
to verdict, represented clients in state, federal and appellate courts, alternative dispute resolution forums, and
before government agencies. Ms. Meacham represents clients in matters that include contract disputes,
employment law, admiralty and maritime law, toxic tort, environmental and natural gas litigation.
Background
Ms. Meacham graduated from Villanova University with a B.A., Honors Program, in English and Classical
Studies, as well as a Business minor. She received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
While in law school, Ms. Meacham served as Chairperson of the Honor Council and worked at the National
Institute for Trial Advocacy in its Electronic Publishing Division.
Prior to joining Babst Calland, Ms. Meacham handled cases in the state and federal courts throughout New
England, representing clients in a variety of matters including products liability, professional malpractice,
commercial disputes, employment law, toxic tort and environmental litigation.

Ms. Meacham is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
Publications/Presentations
Ms. Meacham has served as co-author on a number of publications relating to her civil trial practice in the state
and federal courts, particularly regarding her representation of national and multi-national corporations in product
liability matters.
