Remember the steps to get to work must be followed in order.
1. Connect to KELLY VPN.
a. Use your RSA token to authenticate this step.
2. Connect to your workstation.
a. If you work on VDI, connect through your internet browser as outlined in
Connecting to KELLY VDI.
b. If you use a PC, use the Remote Desktop Connection tool as out lined in
Connecting to a Remote Workstation.

Go to http://www.kaig.com/vpn to install the VPN Client Download Location

Save to Desktop. (if you do not have this option, then click Save File. When the save is complete right
click VPNSetup(x86).exe and Open Containing Folder.) Then right click and Run As Administrator, for

The installer is automatic. When it completes, an icon should be on your desktop for KELLY
VPN. If not, Left-click on the Network Connection Icon at the bottom right of the screen.

At this point, you should be prompted with the Log On with RSA SecurID window.
If you do not get the RSA window, follow these steps for manual setup of your VPN connection.
Otherwise, you have completed the installation and can skip down to How to Login with RSA.

Right-click on the network connection icon

Left-click on the Network icon from the system tray to display the Network connections as
shown below

Select the Security tab. Check the button for Use Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP)
and in the drop-down menu, select RSA Security: SecurID Protected OTP (encrypted enabled)
To connect, left-click on the Network
Connections icon, select the VPN
Connection and click Connect

How to Login with RSA
How to Login with RSA
After clicking Connect on the KELLY VPN window you must enter your User Name and Passcode.
If you use a Keyfob, your token is 10 digits.
If you use a smartphone, your token is 8 digits.
4-Digit PIN + 6-Digits on Keyfob
First enter your 4-Digit PIN into your
smartphone app. 8 digits will display on the
screen which change. Use only these 8 digits
as your passcode.
Note: If you have never signed in with this
token and not set a PIN, only enter the 6 digits
on the token display. You will be prompted to
create a PIN. Then you must login using the
PIN as noted above.

Method 1:
From the start menu, right-click on the background and left-click on All apps
Select Remote Desktop Connection

Method 2:
From the desktop hit the Windows Key + R to display the run box. In the run box, enter mstsc
and click OK.
Each of the 2 methods will open the Remote Desktop Connection application. Enter the name
of the remote workstation in the format computer_name.kaiglan.com you need to connect to
and hit Connect. Enter your logon credentials (kaiglan\username and password) when
prompted to do so.

In your web browser, navigate to https://kellyvdi.kaig.com. If you have not yet used VDI on
your PC, you will be prompted to perform an install. Check the agreement box and click install
to begin the installation. When prompted click Run for CitrixReceiver.exe.
Follow the steps of the installer. Do not add an account at the end. Simply click Finish.

Once the installation has completed, the page will refresh (if it does not, manually refresh the
page). Log on with your KELLY user name and password.
Click KELLY VDI and your desktop will popup in a new window and load.

After clicking Connect on the KELLY VPN window you must enter your User Name and Passcode.

After you have connected to VPN successfully, go to start to Remote Desktop connection, or Start to
run: mstsc
For Computer in Remote Desktop Connection enter <computername>.kaiglan.com
Then Connect
Then enter your KELLY computer login credentials as kaiglan\<username> and your password.

VPN for Macintosh
Requirements: Using VPN on an Apple Macintosh will require three elements prior to configuring and
logging remotely. The three pre-requisites are: Mac OSX 10.5 or higher, RSA Keyfob and user ID that
has been given rights for VPN access.
Installation:
1. From your main desktop, click on the Apple symbol on the menu bar at the top and select
System Preferences.
2. Under Internet & Wireless, click on Network.

3. Add a new network connection by clicking on the lock at the bottom of the left hand pane (enter
Mac logon ID with local admin permissions and click OK). Click on the + symbol on the bottom
of the left pane to add the new connection.

4. Once the new connection screen opens, fill in the information as shown in the illustration below,
then click on “Create”.

5. Highlight the new connection you just created, from the pane on the left side and fill out the
information as shown with the account name being yours.

6. From the main screen shown above, click on the button marked authentication settings and
select the radio button next to RSA SecureID as shown, then click on OK to save and quit.
7. Click on the check box next to “Show VPN Status in menu bar”, then click on connect button and
for the User Name enter your logon ID, and for the password your 4-digit PIN + the code
provided on your RSA SecureID Key Fob.

Operation of VPN
1. From your main desktop, click on icon shown on the menu bar at the top of the screen (icon
looks like a volume button) and then select “Connect VPN (PPTP) as show below.
