Welcome to the Fair!
Welcome one and all to our sixth annual Whitehead Victorian Street
Fair. Over the years we have watched the Fair get bigger and better
both in terms of attractions and visitors. And hopefully this year will
prove no exception. We have planned a whole host of exciting events
and activities for all the family — from our Kids’ Entertainment centres
around the town, to our Blacksmith display at The Bank House, there is
something for everyone.
We are especially pleased to introduce to the Fair a pre-Fair proper
kick-a-bout with the Whitehead Eagles hosting a Victorian Football
match (complete with baggy shorts and laced-up footballs) open to
all ages. Also making their debut at the Fair is the renowned Wireless
Mystery Theatre which will be performing a musical version of Dickens’
A Christmas Carol at St Patrick’s Church of Ireland. So enjoy browsing
around the stalls, sample some home-made fayre, meet up with friends
but most of all have a great day…
Thanks for coming and enjoy your time in Whitehead...
