DETAILED CONTEST RULES
FOR CUMULUS MEDIA ALBUQUERQUE RADIO STATIONS
1. How to Enter the Contest:
a.
The Summer of Tub Giveaway contest will begin on or about 5:30AM, Friday,
May 23, 2014 and will end on or about 10AM, Monday, June 30, 2014.
b.
To participate in the contest, #1-register to win at Carefree Spas (7004 Menaul
Blvd., N.E., Albuquerque, N.M., 87110) May 23-June 1, 2014, during regular
business hours, #2- register to win at Caldera Spas (5310 Menaul Blvd., N.E.,
Albuquerque, N.M., 87110) June 4-June 13, 2014, during regular business
hours, #3- register to win at Hot Spring Spas (6301 Menaul Blvd., N.E.,
Albuquerque, N.M., 87110) June 18-June 27, 2014, during regular business
hours. Entry Forms must be filled out completely providing Name, Address,
and Phone Number. No purchase necessary to enter. 770 KKOB will pick
up the Entries for Contest #1 at 5PM, Sunday, June 1, 2014, for Contest # 2
at 5PM, June 13, 2014, and for Contest #3 at 5PM, June 27, 2014. 770
KKOB and We will randomly draw one (1) Winner from Entries for Contest
# 1 between 5:30AM and 10AM on Monday, June 2, 2014. That Winner will
receive the Hot Tub from “Carefree Spas”. The Grand Prize winner will be
notified off air. One Grand Prize Winner will be selected. Once that person
has been selected, the Contest will end and the Grand Prize will be awarded.
For entries by mail, Station is not responsible for lost, stolen, mutilated,
destroyed, misdelivered, postage due, illegible, incomplete or untimely entries.
Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the
internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological
glitches. Station is not responsible for any lost, disconnected, dropped,
misdirected or incomplete telephone calls. Entrants may be disqualified at the sole
discretion of the station.
c.
One entry per person during each of the 3 separate registration periods (see “b”
above).
2. Eligibility Restrictions:
a.
The contest is open to all 770 KKOB and/or 610 KNML listeners who are legal
United States citizens 18 years of age or older and who reside in greater
“Albuquerque” listening area. Employees of 770 KKOB and/or 610 KNML, its
licensee, Cumulus Media, their subsidiaries, affiliated entities, affiliated advertising
agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the
Albuquerque area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to
participate or win. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children,
siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and any other person residing within the
same household.

b.
Listeners are eligible to win a 770 KKOB and/or 610 KNML contest only once
every thirty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.
c.
Participants in the contest must possess valid government issued photo
identification.
d.
Grand Prize Winners must sign a Contest Winner Release Form.
Prizes:
a. One (1) “Nordic Impulse” from “Carefree Spas” -- one (1) Hot Tub provided by Carefree
Spas, Stoves, and Billiards and standard installation of the Hot Tub. Hot Tub details are as
follows: Model is “Nordic Impulse”; 5 person Seating, 31 inch Depth, Weight Approx. 270
lbs., Capacity is Approx. 250 gal., Total Jet Package 14, Foot/Leg Jets 0, Ozonator Ready Jets
1, Heater 1kw on 110v/4ks on 220v, Drain System, Air Controls 2, Control Pad Solid State
Programmable, Insulation Standard 2 lbs., Filter EZ Top Load, Light Foot well LED

Hot Tub will be delivered to Grand Prize Winner’s Residence in the greater Albuquerque,
NM area. Hot Tub must be claimed, delivered and installed before July 30, 2014.
Approximate Retail Value of Hot Tub from “Carefree Spas”: $4,000.
b. One (1) “Freeflow Cascina” Hot Tub from “Caldera Spas” – one (1) Hot Tub provided by
Caldera Spas and standard installation of the Hot Tub. Hot Tub details are as follows:
Model is “Freeflow Cascina”; 70”Lx62”Wx33”H, 4 Seating Positions, Water Capacity 190
Gallons, 305 lbs. Dry Weight, Digital LED Controls, 12v Light with Mood Lenses, Convertible
115/230v, 17 Jets with Stainless Steel Trim, Bottom Drain, 1.5 hp, Two Speed Pump, 1
kw/4kw Heater, 50 sq. ft. Filter, Full Foam Insulation, Safety Cover/Locking Clips, RokSolid
(trademark) Shell, Waterfall Feature. Hot Tub will be delivered to Grand Prize Winner’s
Residence in the greater Albuquerque, NM area. Hot Tub must be claimed, delivered and
installed before July 30, 2014. Approximate Retail Value of Hot Tub from “Caldera Spas”:
$4,000.
c. One (1) “Fantasy Drift” Hot Tub from “Hot Spring Spas” -- one (1) Hot Tub provided by
Hot Spring Spas and standard installation of the Hot Tub. Hot Tub details are as follows:
Model is “Fantasy Drift”; 2 captains seats opposite a fully jetted bench, 17 jets with stainless
steel trim and soothing waterfall feature, 4 Seating Positions, 70”Lx62”Wx33”H, 218 Gallon
Water Capacity, 276 lbs. Dry Weight, Digital Controls, Multi-color LED light, Convertible
115/230v, 1kw/4kw Heater, Bottom Drain, 1.5 hp, Two Speed Pump, 50 sq. tf. Filter, Full
Foam Insulation, Safety Cover/Locking Clips, RokSolid (trademark) Shell, CEC compliant.
Approximate Retail Value of Hot Tub from “Hot Spring Spas”: $4,000.
d. Hot Tubs will be delivered to each Grand Prize Winners’ Residences in the greater
Albuquerque area. Standard Installation is included. Hot Tubs must be claimed
and delivered before July 31, 2014.
e.
Registration prizes are provided by New Mexico Leisure Products, i.e, $25 Store Gift
Certificates for each entrant at each Store (Carefree Spas, Caldera Spas, and Hot
Spring Spas) in Albuquerque, N.M.). Gift Certificates have no Cash Value and none will
be given. Gift Certificates may not be used to retire a current account balance with Carefree
Spas, Caldera Spas, or Hot Spring Spas. Gift Certificates are good for any In Store

purchase. Gift Certificates may not be combined. One Entry per person during each of the 3
separate registration periods.
f. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of 770 KKOB/610
KNML, 500 4th Street, N.W., Albuquerque, N.M., 87102. Any prize or prize
certificate not claimed within forty five (45) days of winning will be automatically
forfeited by the winner, unless a prize has an expiration date, in which case a prize
may be forfeited earlier than forty five days from winning. In the event that a prize
or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent
of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. 770
KKOB/610 KNML is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize
certificate. Grand Prize Hot Tubs will be delivered to each Grand Prize
Winners’ Residence in the greater Albuquerque area. Standard Installation
is included. Hot Tub must be claimed and delivered before July 31, 2014.

g.
Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for
cash.
h.
Grand Prize winners will each receive 1099 IRS Tax form for the value of the grand
prize as stated in these contest rules.
i.
Prizes are limited solely to those items explicitly set forth herein and shall not include
any and all other expenses, incidentals, or taxes that may arise out of the winners’
receipt of this prize.
j.
Prizes will be awarded as is, with no written or express warranty.
Selection of Winners:
a.
Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
b.

and 610 KNML will randomly draw one (1) Winner from Entries for Contest
# 3 between 5:30AM and 10AM on Monday, June 30, 2014. That Winner
will receive the Hot Tub from “Caldera Spas”. The Grand Prize winner will
be notified off air. For entries by mail, Station is not responsible for lost, stolen,

If the Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days after the prize is
awarded, an alternate winner will be selected by an additional random drawing from
the Contest Entries.
g.
The odds of winning vary depending on the number of entries received by
Carefree Spas for #1 Drawing, by Caldera Spas for #2 Drawing, by Hot Spring
Spas for #3 Drawing, and 770 KKOB/610 KNML.
5. Conditions:
a.
Photo identification and social security number of the Grand Prize winner may also be
required in order to collect the prize. Payment of all federal, state, and local taxes are
the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to sign an IRS Form
W-9 or the equivalent. Winner will receive a 1099 for the value of the prize as stated
in these contest rules.
b.
Winner is required to sign a release in order receive their prize. Failure or refusal to
execute the release will result in winner forfeiting the prize. Pursuant to the liability
release, the winners will agree to hold 770 KKOB/610 KNML, its licensee, Cumulus
Media, their subsidiaries, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors,
employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all
claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the
contest.
c.
By participating in the contest, the winner or winners (and their guest or traveling
companion, if applicable) agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any
advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional
financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of
the prize.
d.
The Station reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the contest rules and
dates at any time for any reason. Material modifications shall be announced on-air,
when practical. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these
contest rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other rules imposed by Station

management. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Station, any event
associated with this contest or the prize is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or
cancelled, Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the
contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
f.
No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.
g.
Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, at
the sole discretion of 770 KKOB/610 KNML.
h.
770 KKOB/610 KNML is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the
printing, the offering, or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a
prize.
i.
Copies of the written contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular
business hours at the main studio of 770 KKOB/610 KNML, 500 4th Street, N.W.,
Albuquerque, N.M., 87102 or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to 770
KKOB/610 KNML, 500 4th Street, N.W., Albuquerque, N.M., 87102.
j.
Station reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value at its sole
discretion.
