WZ series anticorrosive, abrasive-proof thermocouple and thermal resistance
Application
During industrial automatic control system, thermocouple resistance
has been widely used as temperature sensor, however in some special
cases, to use normal thermocouple and thermal resistance is easily
damaged. Therefore, in these cases, the thermocouple and thermal
resistance made of special material and with special structure shall be
used. Material hardness of abrasive-proof coating is HRC58-62,
temperature range to be measured is 0~600℃; anticorrosive coating
has good anticorrosion performance, except for melting metallic lithium,
potassium, natrium, hydrofluoric acid, chlorine trifluoride, oxygen trifluoride,
liquid fluorine with high speed, it can resist all other chemical medias,
and can be used for a long time within the range of 0~250℃. If fixed
screw will be made as anticorrosion structure, this screw can’t be used
under pressure environment.
Titanium alloy can resist the corrosion of seawater, different chloride,
and hypochlorite, liquid fluorine, and oxide acid (including fuming nitric
acid) alkali, can’t resist the corrosion of relative pure reducible acid
(sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), and temperature measurement range
of titanium tube shall be below 500℃.
