Gamber‐Johnson Console Box Faceplate / Filler Panel Program Gamber‐Johnson’s Mission Control System (MCS) console box faceplate program is evolving to meet our customer’s needs. We are focused on continually developing quality products for the public safety and commercial markets. With a wide range of console boxes, faceplates and accessories we are committed to offering a solution that will fit your need. Gamber‐Johnson console boxes include faceplates and filler panels to help complete the MCS setup (see item listing below for exact quantity of faceplates and filler panels). The number of included faceplates and filler panels offered with a console box will be enough to complete a typical console box setup which includes radios, an armrest, a cupholder, and possibly other accessories. Included faceplates and filler panels must be ordered at the time the console box is ordered. Gamber‐Johnson includes faceplates and filler panels with most console box systems. The number of included faceplates and filler panels offered with any given console box depends on the size of the console box purchased; typically three faceplates and three filler panels are included with each console box, but for a select number of smaller console boxes, the number of panels and faceplates is two of each. Faceplates and filler panels must be ordered at the time the console box is ordered. What if the console box is not filled with my Faceplates, Accessories and Filler Panels? For most console setups, this will cover the opening with the standard accessories. If you have a case where it does not, contact your Inside Sales/Outside Sales Representative and request an Exception. Can I exchange filler panels for faceplates? No, filler panels can’t be exchanged for additional faceplates. The number of faceplates and filler panels included with a console box will be enough to complete most installations. A typical console box setup which includes radios, an armrest, a cupholder, and other accessories, will not have enough room to fit more than three radios. Can I exchange faceplates for filler panels? Yes, faceplates can be exchanged for additional filler panels. Although the number of faceplates and filler panels included with a console box should be enough to complete most installations, there may be situations where only one or two radios are required and additional filler panels may be needed to fill in spaces on the console box. How do I know how many faceplates and filler panels are included with each console box? The new Gamber‐Johnson 2014 Product Catalog will provide the details; the product description of each console box on the Reseller Price list and Gamber‐Johnson web site will also indicate how many faceplates and filler panels are included with each console box. Contact your Gamber‐Johnson Inside Sales/Outside Sales Representative for your Reseller Price list. How do I know which faceplates and filler panels are included with the program? The Reseller Price list identifies FACEPLATE / FILLER PANEL PROGRAM for each item that is part of the program. Contact your Gamber‐Johnson Inside Sales/Outside Sales Representative for your Reseller Price list. Are custom faceplates included with the program? No, custom faceplates are not included in the program. This is due to pricing and volume on specials.
