trade. Currently in our 30th year in business, we are very

The ROBUS slim profile LED panel light allows you to create a beautiful environment of space and a sense of natural light.
Fast and simple to install, it replaces the standard 4 x 18W T8 lay-in module to provide energy efficient, but perhaps
more importantly, low maintenance solutions where constant replacement of fluorescent tubes and cleaning
of the fitting can be avoided.
Installed where energy savings and low maintenance costs are of paramount importance it will enable the building to
achieve a low carbon footprint and complies with today’s building regulations producing a massive 69 lumens per

What is IP rating?
Bathroom Zones
The resistance offered by the fixture to the penetration of
solids and liquids is indicated by the IP (Ingress Protection)
rating. This is a two digit number, the first number identifies
the degree of protection against the ingress of solids and
the second number against liquids e.g. IP65 indicates total
protection against dust and protection against low pressure
jets of water.

INSTALLATION
All ROBUS products are supplied with
installation instructions. ROBUS will not be
held responsible for failure of products due to
installations not in accordance with supplied
installation instructions or in an unsuitable
environment.
Unless stated otherwise, products contained
within this catalogue are for installation in
‘normal’ environments. Ambient temperature,
control methods and environmental conditions
have an influence on the suitability of many
products for installation in some areas. IP ratings
of products should be considered relative to the
environmental conditions in which they are to be
installed – ingress protection. Life expectancy
of some light sources and control gear may
be reduced significantly by short time delay
switching, particularly PIR and time lag switches.
Time delay off should be set to 30 minutes to
minimise premature failure of some fluorescent
light sources. Where shorter time delay periods
are required to make optimum energy savings,
LED products should be considered, as although
more expensive initially, they will pay back in
relatively short periods of time. Please contact
technical support if you are in any doubt about
the suitability of products for specific
operating conditions.
