– Potential corrective actions

• SWN’s Lead Assessor will Submit a Draft Report to the
Vendor:
– Address findings
– Suggest corrective actions and due dates
• Vendor has One (1) Week to Approve or Modify
Corrective Action Plan.

• Vendor Notifies Lead Assessor When Corrective Actions
are Complete.

Two Exceptions:
• Unplanned, unscheduled, and/or unannounced
assessments may be conducted in response to an
incident and/or at the discretion of SWN.
• For a vendor performing Tier I work, a Level 1 vendor
