hereby declare that the products of Demag are in conformity with
• Regulation (EC) no. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration,
Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
at the time of their delivery and/or handover.
We confirm that all substances and mixtures used for products of Demag have
been registered in accordance with (EC) Regulation no. 1907/2006 before
they are placed on the market.
Manufactured items incorporated into products of Demag comply with the
legally required limit value and/or legally regulated classification limits
deviating therefrom for the concentration of Substances of Very High Concern
(SVHC).
