Auction Sale Notice
Sealed Auction Sale offers are invited from interest financially sound bidders
for purchase of different items on "As is where is Basis" laying at the factory
premises of M/s. Kalinga Times (P) Ltd., Konark Nagar, Khurda-752056.
The offer completed in all respect shall be deposited in the office of Managing
Director, MVSN on or before 30th March,20L7 by -1.00 P.M. through Regd Post or
speed Post only. Offer details can be down loaded from the website
Wwrry-WqdadislE-gev-Xt from 06.03.2017 to 30.03 .2017. The authority reserves the
right to cancel/ modify the auction sale at any point of time.

invites single
price offer in financial Bid and under sealed cover
from the intending Bidders
to purchase all different items on " As is where is Basis,, lying
at Factory
M/s.Kalinga Times(P) Ltd., Khurda as given at Annexure-I.
The list of materials as mentioned in Annexure-1 is only
indicative. The
actual quality and quantity of the materials may vary. The
offset price is
Premises of
fixed Rs'76,L22/-.Interested bidders may inspect the materials,
assess their
value and give their offer accordingly. For all the items,
a single price offer is
to be quoted. Part purchase / offer shall not be entertained. The
items can
be inspected at company premises of Kalinga Times (p)
Ltd., Khurda
on all working days between 11.00 A.M. to 5.00 p.M. from 06.03.17
to
20'o3't7 ' For inspection and for clarification about the Auction
Sale,
intending bidders may contact sri Narayan Bhuyan (Mob-78g45g1t58)
and
Accounts Officer ( 0674-2573023) respectively.
Bidders have to furnish EMD (refundabre) of Rs,8,000/- (Rupees
eight
thousand) in shape
of Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in
favour of Mahira vikas samabaya Nigam payabre at Bhubaneswar
alongwith the bid. Non-submission of EMD will lead to rejection
of the bid
offer.EMD of unsuccessful bidder will be refunded preferably
within 30 days.
EMD of the successful bidder shall be adjusted against his
offer price.
withdrawal from the auction process after submission of the bid
will lead to
forfeiture of EMD.
The sealed bids will be received through speed post/ Regd. Post only in

tfie office of the Mahila Vikas Samabaya Nigam, Government Undertaking,
A-1 Block, Ground Floor, Toshali Bhawan, satya Nagar, Bhubaneswar75L007 upto 4.oo P.M. of 3oth March, 2oLZ and will be opened on 6th
April 2OL7 at 11.30 A.M. in the presence of the bidders or their
authorized representatives if any. In case MVSN office remains closed on
these days, both the activities shall be shifted to the next immediate
working day. The office is not responsible for any postal delay. Bidders
shall bear the VAT Component, TAX and other levies (as applicable) on the
offer amount.
The successful bidder is to deposit the qualified offer price and submit
the deposited VAT money Receipt from Sales Tax Authority as per sale
acceptance letter within seven days from the date
of receipt of intimation
from MVSN failing which the EMD will be forfeited. The materials shall be
shifted on "As is where is Basis" at own cost of the successful bidders
within 30 days of issue of release order, failing which the EMD & the offer
price amount deposited shall be forfeited.
