募集要項
【Accounting and Controllership】
*Establish and validate standard operating procedures to be implemented in Japan and Singapore
*Manage and participate in the accounting cycle (closing monthly and yearly book, tax audit). This includes monthly,
quarterly, and year-end process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, revenue
and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, fixed asset
activity, debt activity etc
*Support global reporting requirement including Hyperion reporting
*Comply with tax filing requirements by studying regulation, calculate and prepare estimated income and value added tax
payments, and complete required tax reporting in a timely manner
*Manage local outsourcing vendor for reporting, payment, payroll, and tax of our legal entity in Singapore

*Consolidate and analyze accounting data, produce periodical financial reports or ad-hoc reports on as-needed basis
*Drive improvement in monthly reporting process
スキル・資格
【必須】
*Complete higher education in Accounting, Finance
*Minimum 5 years in Accounting positions
*People management experience
*Strong IT skill including SAP (BI tool experience would be a plus)
*Project management skills
【歓迎】
*CPA holder
*Experience at audit, consulting firm
*SOX knowledge
