Please note: (1) If you are unable to read at your usual weekend time, please notify your partner. If neither of you
are able to fulfil your commitment, then either swap with another proclaimer or partnership or find a substitute
from proclaimers in your Mass time slot.
(2) Please remember that Proclaimers may not also serve in another Ministry at the same Mass at which they
proclaim the Word, except in dire emergency. They must find a substitute for the other Ministry.
(3) Proclaimers for special feasts/Masses will be appointed by the co-ordinator, who will arrange all substitutions for
