BCGE – BCGE Best of claims compliance with the
Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®)
Geneva, 20 February 2017 – BCGE Best of has completed the audit process
conducted by an independent verifier over a 6-year period and has received the
report attesting its compliance with the GIPS® standards.
Following an audit covering the period from 1st January 2011 to 31 December 2016, conducted by
KPMG, an independent third-party verifier, BCGE Best of, hereinafter the “Firm”, claims compliance
with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS® ). This achievement confirms the Firm’s
application of the ethical framework defined by the CFA Institute for the calculation and presentation of
investment performance. The GIPS® standards are internationally recognised and have been widely
adopted as a benchmark in the context of the financial industry’s best practices.
BCGE Best of, a mark of distinction
Launched in October 2001, BCGE Best of meets the highest standards in terms of asset management
and is the spearhead of the BCGE’s private wealth management unit. The Firm BCGE Best of
currently offers 24 investment profiles. Each of the mandates is associated with a composite within the
definition of the GIPS® standards. A complete list of composite descriptions is available upon request.
The Firm
The Firm is defined as being all the portfolios managed under so-called “BCGE Best of” mandates by
BCGE Asset Management. The Firm includes the “Best of” mandates managed for the account of the
BCGE France entity.
