Entries
The entries have to be done by the FIS online system. The preliminary entry deadline is
12th December 2016, and final entry by name at 13th January 2017.
Winner Presentation
The Winner Presentation will take place immediately after the competition in the Stadium. The places 1 - 3 will be presented.
Official Prize Giving Ceremony
On Saturday, 04.02.2017, the official Prize Giving Ceremony for the places 1 - 3 will take
place in the centre of Oberstdorf (next to the Oberstdorf Haus) and is an official FIS
event. Meeting point is at 19.45 h in the foyer of the Oberstdorf Haus. Beginning is at
20.00 h (duration: 20 Min.). If you need transportation please contact the OC-Shuttle.
Prize money
The prize money is paid out according to the World Cup-Rules by bank transfer. The
paid out prize money is subject to the athletes participation in official FIS events. German citizens have to pay the income tax by themselves. Income tax of non-German citizen is at the moment 15,825%. The income tax for non-German citizen will be directly
reduced from the prizemoney and will be forwarded from the OC directly to the German Tax Authority.
Insurance
The participants have to proof an insurance for accidents. The organizer takes neither
responsibility in case of accidents and the consequences, nor for third party risks.
Regulations of radio equipment
The radio frequencies need to be authorized by the regulatory authority. For data transfer, please use the respective form (sent in email). Unauthorized use is liable to prosecution. Fines of up to EUR 500,000 may be imposed. The authorization fees can be found
in the enclosed information form of the regulatory authority.
Regulations of Visa
Remember that citizens of some countries will need visa for visiting Germany. Please
check with your embassy if you need a visa for Germany. For an official letter of invitation, please send a request to [email protected].
