m-tech manufactures high-quality filling systems for industrial,
medical and specialty gas. Our filling stations are successfully used
in the field of mono as well as mixed gas in more than 30 countries all
over the world. All our systems are individually adapted to your needs
and designed for operating pressures up to 420bar. Our innovative
production concept guarantees you a maximum on security. All
of our products are cleaned, tested, assembled and packaged in
accordance with the purity requirements for oxygen. The valves and
fittings of the MPG series are tested and certified by BAM, CTE and
TÜV. Wherever you would like to install our products, our worldwide
customer service will take care of you. You define the requirements –
in close cooperation with you, we work out the best solution.
VENTILMODULE
VALVE MODULES
Ventilmodule bestehen aus Ventilen der Baureihe MPG. Diese
sind durch Modulleisten mit bis zu neun Ventilplätzen am Einbzw. Ausgang miteinander verbunden und bilden eine kompakte Einheit. Es entfallen dadurch kosten- und zeitintensive
Verrohrungsarbeiten. Alle Modulleisten können durch Adapter
miteinander kombiniert werden, wodurch verschiedene Modulvarianten realisiert werden können. Dies bietet Ihnen unbegrenzte
Möglichkeiten und somit die perfekte Lösung für Ihr Projekt.
Valve modules are valves of the MPG series assembled in a manifold
being interconnected at their inlet and outlet. High costs and time
consuming pipe works can be avoided by this. All module bars can
be connected via adapters by what different module varieties can
be made up. That offers you limitless options and the result is your
perfect solution for your project.

Die Systeme entwickeln wir in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ihnen.
Nach umfassender Beratung wählen Sie, welche Komponenten
in der Anlage verbaut werden. Unsere Füllsysteme, die wir
mit einem pulverbeschichteten Stahl- oder Edelstahlrahmen
anbieten, beinhalten sämtliche Hardwarekomponenten, die für den
Füllprozess notwendig sind.
Ob Rack (Wandmontage) oder Skid (Bodenmontage) – wir
gestalten das Design unserer Anlagen nach Ihren Wünschen. Unser
Lieferumfang beinhaltet auch Abfüllstationen (Komplettlösungen).
Diese bestehen aus Füllstationen mit pneumatisch gesteuertem
Schutzkorb und Walkways. Innerhalb des Systems werden alle
Komponenten miteinander verbunden. Sie schließen die Abfüllanlage
in Ihrem Unternehmen nur noch an Ihre Rohrleitungen an.
Das elektrische Zubehör kann problemlos mit jeder Steuerung
verbunden werden. Auch bieten wir komplette SoftwareSteuerungen mit HMI-Bedienung an.
Die Füllstationen können jederzeit beliebig erweitert werden.
Somit erhalten Sie ein Komplettpaket aus einer Hand, was eine
größtmögliche Servicezufriedenheit garantiert.
The systems are developed in close cooperation with you. After
extensive consultation you choose which components should be
mounted in the system. Our filling stations with a powder-coated
steel or stainless steel frame include all hardware components
which are necessary for the filling process.
No matter if you want Rack (wall mounting) or Skid (floor mounting)
we create the design of our components upon your request. Our
scope of delivery also includes complete filling solutions. Those
consist of filling stations with pneumatically controlled protective
cage function and walkways. Within the system all components
are connected with each other. You just have to connect the filling
system to your pipeline on site.
The electronic components can be connected easily to every
control system. Also we offer complete control systems with HMI
operation.
The filling stations can be upgraded at any time. So you get a
complete package from a single hand, what guarantees you a
maximum of service satisfaction.

Das Ventil vom Typ MPG 12 HD ist eine druckausgeglichene manuell betätigte Armatur
mit Sitznennweite 12 mm. Das Öffnen bzw. Schließen erfolgt bei diesem Ventiltyp
manuell mit einem robusten und ergonomischen Handrad.
The valve type MPG 12 HD is a pressure balanced manually operated valve with 12 mm
seat. By turning a rugged and ergonomic hand wheel the valve opens and closes
manually.
MPG 12 NC/NO
Die Ventile vom Typ MPG 12 NC (normally closed) und MPG 12 NO (normally open) sind
pneumatisch gesteuerte Ventile mit Sitznennweite 12 mm.
Valves type MPG 12 NC (normally closed) and MPG 12 NO (normally open) are
pneumatic operated valves with 12mm seat.
MPG 12 PR
Das Ventil vom Typ MPG 12 PR ist ein druckausgeglichene Proportionalventil mit
Sitznennweite 12 mm. Durch einen elektropneumatischen Stellungsregler in Verbindung
mit einem Wegmesssystem, der die Ist-Stellung des Ventils erfasst, kann der Hub des
Ventils über ein Normsignal geregelt werden.
The valve type MPG 12 PR is a pressure balanced proportional valve with 12mm
seat. The position of the valve can be controlled by a standard signal, by an electropneumatic positioner and a stroke measuring system which detects the position of the valve.
MPG 12 RV
Das Ventil vom Typ MPG 12 RV ist ein Sicherheitsventil. Wird der voreingestellte
Öffnungsdruck erreicht, öffnet das Ventil und entlastet den unter Druck stehenden
Bereich. Somit ist die Sicherheit Ihrer Abfüllanlage gewährleistet.
The valve type MPG 12 RV is a safety valve. If the system pressure exceeds the set
pressure, the valve relieves the pressurized area. Therefore, the security of your high
pressure system is granted at any time.
DBV 20
Das Ventil vom Typ DBV 20 ist ein Vakuum-Sicherheitsventil. Dieses Ventil wurde
speziell entwickelt um die Vakuumeinheit gegenüber einem Druckstoß zu schützen. Das
Ventil öffnet bei 0,1 bar Relativdruck.
The valve type DBV 20 is a vacuum safety valve. This valve has been designed to protect
the vacuum unit against overpressure in the vacuum line. The vacuum safety valve opens
at 0.1bar relative pressure.

MPG 03 HD
Das Ventil vom Typ MPG 03 HD ist eine manuell betätigte Armatur mit Sitznennweite 3 mm. Das Öffnen bzw. Schließen erfolgt bei diesem Ventiltyp manuell mit
einem robusten und ergonomischen Handrad.
The valve type MPG 03 HD is a manually operated valve with 3mm seat. By turning a
rugged and ergonomic hand wheel the valve opens and closes manually.
MPG 03 NC/NO
Die Ventile vom Typ MPG 03 NC (normally closed) und MPG 03 NO (normally
open) sind pneumatisch gesteuerte Ventile mit Sitznennweite 3 mm.
Valves type MPG 03 NC (normally closed) and MPG 03 NO (normally open) are
pneumatic operated valves with 3mm seat.
MPG 03 PR
Das Ventil vom Typ MPG 03 PR ist ein Proportionalventil mit Sitznennweite
3 mm. Durch einen elektropneumatischen Stellungsregler in Verbindung mit
einem Wegmesssystem, der die Ist-Stellung des Ventils erfasst, kann der
Hub des Ventils über ein Normsignal geregelt werden.
The valve type MPG 03 PR is a proportional valve with 3mm seat. The position
of the valve can be controlled by a standard signal, by an electro-pneumatic
positioner and a stroke measuring system which detects the position of the valve.
MPG 12 CV
Das Ventil MPG 12 CV ist ein Rückschlagventil und ein Muss für alle Arten von
Abfüllsystemen. Das Rückschlagventil verhindert einen Rückfluss des Mediums
durch Schließen und schützt somit den Abfüllprozess.
The valve type MPG 12 CV is a non-return valve and a must-have for all gas filling
applications. The non-return valve prevents the backflow of the medium by closing
and protects the filling process.
MPG 12 FI
Der Filter MPG 12 FI ist eine Einheit, durch die eventuelle Verunreinigungen im
Medium herausgefiltert werden.
The filter MPG 12 is a unit which filters particles in the medium.
MPG 12 FI-CV
Das Ventil MPG 12 FI-CV ist eine Filter-Rückschlagventil-Kombination und daher das
Nonplusultra für jegliche Art von Abfüllsystemen. Es vereint die Vorteile eines Rückschlagventils und eines Filters in einer kompakten Bauweise.
The valve MPG 12 FI-CV is a filter-non-return valve-combination and therefore the
nonplus ultra for all types of gas filling systems. It combines the advantages of a
non-return valve and a filter in a compact design.
