Ein Langlauf-Volkslauf in klassischer Technik. Ein neuer Top
Event im Januar. Ein Rennen für professionelle Athleten als auch
für Volksläufer. Eine Veranstaltung mit internationaler Ausstrahlung. Und das alles im Engadin.
Dieser Traum geht bereits in die vierte Runde. Nachdem uns das
Wetter in den letzten beiden Jahren nicht gut gesinnt war, sind wir
überzeugt, dass wir mit den Orginalstrecken der LA DIAGONELA
und LA PACHIFICA das Engadin von der besten Seite zeigen
dürfen.
Am Samstag, 21. Januar 2017 bringt die vierte Ausgabe von
LA DIAGONELA internationale Gäste und Langlauf-Action ins
Engadin. Die 65 Km lange Strecke bietet alles was das Langlaufherz begehrt und wird dem Anspruch des Topathleten wie auch

An open classic cross-country ski event. A new top event in
January. A race for professional athletes as well as amateurs. An
event with international importance. All in the Engadin.
This dream goes now already into the fourth round. Unfortunately,
for the last two editions the weather was not good. But we are
convinced that we can show the Engadin at its best on the original
tracks of LA DIAGONELA and LA PACHIFICA.
On Saturday, 21 January 2017 the fourth edition of LA
DIAGONELA will bring international guests and cross country-action to the Engadin. The 65-km-long course offers all that
a cross-country lover’s heart desires, and will meet the needs of
top-athletes as well as general sport enthusiasts. An unforgettable winter experience in the natural and unparalleled scenery is
guaranteed.
The little sister is called LA PACHIFICA and offers the perfect
introduction inte the world of classic cross-country skiing.
LA CUORTA – in the Romansh-language this means "the short
one" – will be staged for the first time and is open alredy for children and teenagers.
It pleases us to offer this cross-country spectacle and invite you
to witness it live, whether as participant, volunteer, spectator on
the course, or as a fan watching the live internet stream.

Startblöcke
Die Einteilung in die Startblöcke erfolgt
gemäss Selbsteinschätzung der Teilnehmer. Über Startplätze in der Elite entscheidet die Rennleitung. Folgende Startblöcke
stehen zur Verfügung:
Startprozedere
Zuerst startet die Elite, anschliessend die
Volksläufer. Am Start stehen diverse Eingänge für die Startblöcke der Volksläufer
zur Verfügung.
Besenwagen
Es wird ein Besenwagen eingesetzt. Die
Marschtabelle kann beim Sekretariat angefordert werden.

Die geheizten Duschräume und Umkleidemöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Turnhalle des Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz.
Skidepot
Nach dem Rennen können die Teilnehmer
ihre Skis beim Schulhaus Zuoz deponieren.
Zielschluss ist um 17.15 Uhr.

Alpinum transportiert.
Parkplätze
Grundsätzlich empfehlen wir, dass Teilnehmer sowie Zuschauer mit dem Zug anreisen. In Zuoz stehen beschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Die Weisungen
der Feuerwehr sind zu befolgen.
Shuttle
Im Dorf Zuoz verkehrt der
ganze Tag ein Shuttlebus.

Start procedure
The elite start first, followed by the recreational participants. The recreational participants will be divided into starting blocks.
Sag wagon
A sag wagon will be in service. The schedule can be requested from the event
secretary.
Finish closure
Cloakroom
Heated rooms will be provided at
the starting area in Zuoz.
Showers / changing room
The heated showers / changing rooms are
located at the Lyceum Alpinum in Zuoz.
Ski depot
Participants can deposit their skis at the
schoolhouse Zuoz following the race.
The finish line closes at 17.15.
First-aid
First-aid stations are located
along the course.
Personal Effects
Each participant receives a bag for their
personal effects. This can be deposited at
the start. Bags with personal effects will
be transported from the starting areas of
La Diagonela and La Pachifica and can
be retrieved at the personal effects depot
located in the Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz.
Parking
We recommend you to use the train and
not to come by car to Zuoz. There are few
parking possibilities. The instructions of
the police officers have to be followed.
Shuttle
In the village of Zuoz there is
a shuttlebus the whole day.
