This role will collaborate closely with team members across the organization, as well as, external vendors and consultants to create exceptional learning and development experiences for all employees. This position will report to the Director of Talent Management. Essential Functions Partner with business leaders on development activities that align with employee and organization needs Conduct and delivery trainings, recommend, and implement cost-effective programs to support key skill areas Research latest development in management, leadership and organization development areas and keep abreast to serve as a subject matter expert Develop and drive innovative employee and manager development programs including new manager training, online resources, toolkit and coaching Page 2 of 2 Manage the performance management process including ensuring simplicity, interrogation and alignment with the organization’s development objective Build cross-functional relationships and collaborate with outside vendors to deliver and create effective Training & Development solutions Facilitate group interactions such as meetings, seminars, workshops and team meetings, and lead classroom and distance-learning sessions Oversee administration of the training catalog and request process including accessing eligibility, availability and fulfillment of requests in an efficient and effective manner スキル・資格 Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in training, coaching and facilitation skills Strong interpersonal, organizational and project management skills Demonstrated proficiency in training and development, career management, and team facilitation concepts, principles and techniques Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work and interact with all levels of employees and collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct supervision Ability to multi-task and be proactive in a fast-paced environment Must have the ability to provide superior customer service to both internal and external clients Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills For further information, please contact Ken at 03 4540 7888 or [email protected] 会社概要 About Legal Intel K.K.
