Seminarankündigung: „International Organizational Behavior“ (Master) im
Sommersemester 2017
Wir freuen uns, im kommenden Sommersemester 2017 Prof. Jaime Bonache erneut
als DAAD-Gastprofessor im Bereich International Management am BWL-Department
begrüßen zu dürfen. Professor Bonache forscht und lehrt üblicherweise an der Business
Management Division der Universidad Carlos III de Madrid sowie am Department of People
Management and Organisation der ESADE Business School in Barcelona. Neben
Vorlesungen auf Bachelorlevel (International Business) und Masterniveau (Cross-cultural
Management) wird Prof. Bonache Perez auch das Masterseminar „International
Organizational Behavior“ anbieten, für das derzeit noch Plätze frei sind.
Das Seminar ist für Studierende des M.Sc. in Unternehmensführung als Seminar im Sinne
der Prüfungsordnung anrechenbar. Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung haben Masterstudierende
die Möglichkeit, sich eingehend mit Themen wie interkulturelles Management &
Kommunikation, sowie globalen Aspekten von Führung, Motivation, Team Management und
Entscheidungsfindung auseinanderzusetzen.

Seminar announcement: „ International Organizational Behavior“ (master level) in
summer term 2017
We are pleased to announce that we will be able to welcome Prof. Jaime Bonache again as
a guest professor at our faculty in the upcoming summer term. Prof. Bonache usually
researches and teaches at the Business Management Division of the Universidad Carlos III
de Madrid and at the Department of People Management and Organization at the ESADE
Business School in Barcelona. Besides lectures on both bachelor level (International
Business) and master level (Cross-cultural Management) he will offer the Master seminar
„International Organizational Behavior“, for which we still have free spots available. The
seminar is an inter-disciplinary examination of the international dimensions of organizational
behavior. The course content includes topics such as cross-cultural management, crosscultural communication, and global aspects of leadership, motivation, team management,
and decision-making.
