EDGE:Technology Commercialization Course at QBS
<概要>本事業は、⼤学等の研究成果の商業化を促進する実
践的教育⼿法を確⽴し、その普及を図ることを⽬的
とする。理系学⽣とビジネススクール学⽣の混成グ
ループによる技術商業化アセスメントの演習を⾏い、
最終発表会でVCやTLO関係者に対してプレゼン
テーションを⾏う。
<特徴>受講者は九州⼤学が現有する研究成果(知財)の商
業化プランを作成する。評価には、QuickLookと呼
ばれる技術アセスメントツールを使⽤する。
<⽬標>本事業の実施を通じて、その成果を活⽤することで、必要
ライセンシング、⼤学発ベンチャー設⽴、実⽤化を 資金
⽬的とした国プロの獲得、共同研究など企業パート
ナーの獲得等に効率的に結びつけるとともに、その
実践を担う⼈材が育成されることをゴールとする。

<具体的な成果事例>
QBS科⽬「産学連携マネジメント」全15回の講義のな
かで、知財やそのライセンス、共同研究、⼤学発ベン
チャーと利益相反マネジメントなど、産学連携に関する
幅広い基礎知識修得を⽬的に講義を⾏うとともに、3週
に1回程度の割合で、Quicklookを活⽤し、九州⼤学が
現有する技術シードを対象に評価を⾏い、市場参⼊のシ
ナリオ、必要となる各種契約条件の検討を含む演習を
⾏った。
2016年の成果にもとづき応募、NEDO主催の
TCP(Technology Commercialization Program)で
