Bank of America Corporation
Wien, 28. Dezember 2016. Die conwert Immobilien Invest SE teilt gemäß § 93 Abs.
2 BörseG mit, dass Bank of America Corporation am 28. Dezember 2016 gemäß den
§§ 91 ff BörseG folgende Stimmrechtsanteile an der conwert Immobilien Invest SE
bekannt gegeben hat:
Bank of America Corporation, mit Sitz in Wilmington, USA, hält indirekt
Stimmrechte für insgesamt 6.848.782 Aktien der conwert Immobilien Invest SE
(dies entspricht auf Basis von insgesamt 101.906.213 conwert-Aktien einem
Stimmrechtsanteil von rund 6,72 %).
Diese Beteiligung (6.848.782 Aktien) setzt sich wie folgt zusammen (§ 92a Abs. 1 Z

0,30 % der Stimmrechte entfallen auf 307.553 conwert-Aktien (ISIN

0,10 % der Stimmrechte entfallen auf Swaps
Bank of America Corporation hat somit die Schwelle von 4 % durch Stimmrechte,
die auf gehaltene Aktien entfallen, per 23. Dezember 2016 unterschritten.
