Die durch Lebensmittel übertragbaren Listeria monocytogenes-Infektionen führen zu Fieber und/oder
Kopfschmerzen.
Die Inkubationszeit kann bis zu 8 Wochen nach dem Verzehr der kontaminierten Produkte betragen. Diese
Symptome können bei Kindern, immungeschwächten Personen, bei Schwangeren und bei älteren Menschen
verstärkt auftreten.
Die Kunden, die obenstehende Produkte noch nicht verzehrt haben, werden gebeten die Ware zu vernichten oder
in die Verkaufsstätte zurückzubringen. Der Kaufpreis wird erstattet.
Die Verbraucher, die diesen Käse konsumiert haben und entsprechende Symptome feststellen, werden dringend
gebeten, einen Arzt aufzusuchen und auf den Verzehr des Produktes hinzuweisen.
