By mixing these pigments, new colours can be developed, resulting in a shaded, or just a plain or even a multi-coloured, flecked tile. The cavity forms an insulating layer that acts as a shield when there are temperature differences between inside and outside. It also ensures proper drainage of moisture from rain and condensation. This means that this insulation dries quickly and maintains its U-value, minimising the formation of thermal bridges. External noise is also reduced at the same time. Ceramic ventilated facades from Mosa have a very long life span. The maintenance costs are low and they can be utilised on all types of new construction and renovation projects. The ventilated facade systems can be fitted to different substrates: from brick, concrete and sandwich panels to timber frame construction. Sie zeichnen sich durch geringe Wartungskosten aus und können in allen Neubau- und Renovierungs projekten eingesetzt werden. Die hinterlüfteten Fassadensysteme lassen sich nämlich auch auf verschiedenen Untergründen verarbeiten: von Backstein, Beton und Sandwichpaneelen bis hin zu Holzskelettbauweise. Hierdoor droogt deze isolatie snel en behoudt hij zijn Rc-waarde. De vorming van warmtebruggen wordt geminimaliseerd. Ook wordt geluid van buitenaf gereduceerd. Keramische geventileerde gevels van Mosa hebben een zeer lange levensduur. De onderhoudskosten zijn laag en ze zijn toepasbaar bij alle vormen van nieuwbouw en renovatie. This support plate is mechanically anchored to a support construction with air cavity. The good physical properties of the ventilated facade are thus retained, while the facade takes on a ceramic, monolithic appearance. There are also technical benefits in terms of construction. With this system Mosa Facades offers you a wide choice of tiles and elements. Special tiles for corners, edges or other joints are also available.
