Final deadline for all exhibitors to submit the floor plans

Latest date for additional orders free of charge.
After this date, 100% of the total costs must be paid,
irrespective of the service being made use of or not.
Final registration for early assembly and disassembly
Final date for booking outdoor advertising
Surcharge of 50% on all additional orders, subject to
availability
Deadline for complete accreditation of all exhibitors and
employees. Possible expiry of the quotas after this date.
At 20:00 all sawing and dust works at assembly must be
completed.
At 22:00 all trucks must have left the premises.
At 13:00 all cars must have left the premises.
End of assembly 15:00
At 8:00 all cars must have left the premises.
19:00 Earliest access to the location for disassembly.
12:00 End of late disassembly, hall 3
