Provide regular scheduled and project support to selected systemsGo clients
Consultation to systemsGo clients on systems configuration, migration and operations issues
Serve as an escalation support resource for IT and network-related problems when required
Serve as an escalation support resource for IT server-related (and other) problems when required
Alert systemsGo management of potential critical situations. Monitor critical client problems until they are resolved
Interface with the head offices or client representatives to provide regular updates and reporting on issue resolution
Assist with troubleshooting and upgrades to the office infrastructure
To be involved with IT on infrastructure projects, consulting when required for the Project Management team

At least 4 years experience in a large IT end-user or services provider environment, preferably supporting
multinational companies
Experience with installing, maintaining, and supporting office IT infrastructure – PCs, Servers, LAN, smartphones,
Routers/Switches/Hubs, etc. as Level 2 and/or Level 3 escalation point
Customer Service – Able to describe issues clearly to end users and Clients’ Management. Summarise activities
and results effectively communicate with clients regarding their requirements and concerns
Strong MS Exchange experience and/or strong Cisco NW skills (CCNP or CCIE level) preferred
Experience with Office 365 or with other cloud systems highly beneficial
Able to work unsupervised and provide focused results.
Experience and strong ability supervising/training/mentoring junior engineers.
Problem Solving – Ability to gather information; explore and eliminate alternatives; request and utilise assistance
from other sources.
Conversational or higher Japanese abiltiy along with business level English ability preferred
A desire to further your knowledge and abilities
B.A. minimum; B.Sc. or B.EE. preferred.
Microsoft Certifications: Min. MCSE; on Windows Server 2003/2008 preferred.
Cisco Certifications: CCNP/CCDA/CIPT preferred
