お楽しみ会のお知らせと
日時：2016年12月10日（土）10時より
場所：ルイシャム校ホール
注意事項
今年最後の華を飾るお楽しみ会、夏祭り
です。ルールを守り楽しい一日となるよ
うご協力をお願いいたします。
ホール使用上の注意
● ホールのトイレは使用禁止です。

幼児部クラス近くのトイレをご使用下さい。
● 小さなお子様連れのご家族には、
出入りがし
やすいよう入り口近くにお子様連れ専用の席
を設けています。
そちらをご利用下さい。
● 小さなお子さまが走り回ったり、
ホール内の
設備に触れたりしないようご注意をお願いい
たします。
● ホール内での飲食はご遠慮下さい。
お子さまへ
のおやつも固くお断りいたします。

この時間は学校携帯での対応はしておりま
せん。ご家族のなかで出入りをする可能性
がある方には、各家庭で事前によくご説明
されるようお願いいたします。

お楽しみ会開催中の 10 時から 11 時半の間 (
卒業式、修了式を含む)、
ゲートは閉めてあります
が、施錠されておりません。
これはルイシャム校
校長の許可を得てこの日に限り行なわれます。
ゲートについて

出入りをされる方は必ずゲートを閉めバー
を下ろして下さい。ご協力をよろしくお願
いします。

$3 each!
Please help clean up after the event.
For the Parents
Please note the following to
ensure the day runs smoothly.
Use of the hall
Please use the toilet located near
the kindy classrooms.
The seats near the exit are reserved
for families with young children.
Please do not let children play in the
hall or touch any equipment.
No food and drinks are allowed in
the hall. If your child needs to eat,
please do so outside.
Please help tidy the hall after
the event.
The gate
During performances, the gate will
remain closed but not locked.
Please make sure to close the gate
and secure the bar afterwards.
