Der WinterRAID ist ein grosses Erlebnis für Fahrer, die Sport mit eleganter Lebensart verbinden
möchten. Ein exaktes Roadbook führt Sie durch
prachtvolle Landschaften, über Bergstrassen und
Pässe an Ihr Tagesziel. Der WinterRAID bietet ein
ganz anderes Fahrerlebnis. Er ist eine anspruchsvolle Rallye, aber auch ein grosses Wintervergnügen. Denn im Winter ist alles anders.
Sie starten im legendären St. Moritz und kehren
wieder dorthin zurück. Dazwischen liegen vier
faszinierende Rallyetage.

and many mountain passes, in the evenings, luxurious life in two of the most famous hotels of the
Alps. The programme allows for enough time to
enjoy the hotels.
The WinterRAID is an exciting experience for drivers who like to combine a sporty drive with elegant savoir-vivre. An exact roadbook leads you
through magniﬁcent sceneries and over mountain
passes to your destination. The WinterRAID offers
a totally different driving pleasure, because in
winter everything is different.
The start and ﬁnish of the 14th WinterRAID are in
St. Moritz. In between lie four fascinating rally

Das gibt es nur in St. Moritz und nur am WinterRAID: den
«White Star of St. Moritz», die Trophäe gestiftet vom Kur- und
Verkehrsverein St. Moritz. Der begehrte Kristall zählt zu den
Highlights im Ablauf dieser Winterrallye. Gewinner wird das
Team, das bis Samstag, 21. Januar 2017 die wenigsten Strafpunkte aller Prüfungen im Engadin erreicht. Die Preisübergabe erfolgt, entsprechend der Tradition, in St. Mortiz unter
freiem Nachthimmel voller Sterne, Champagner inklusive.
The “White Star of St. Moritz” is a special prize that can only
be won at the WinterRAID in St. Moritz. The trophy, sponsored by the Tourist Board of St. Moritz, is one of the highlights
of this winter rally. The winner will be the team with the
least penalty points in the Engadine. According to tradition,
the trophy will be handed over under a starry night sky in
St. Moritz, with everyone enjoying a glass of champagne.

The Tschuggen Grand Hotel that lies a little outside of Arosa
on a wooded incline, is the perfect house for a memorable

All sports cars and passenger cars (inculding SUVs) built up to and including 1985 (handicap for younger vehicles). The vehicles must have
a road trafﬁc permit.
Art des Wettbewerbes
Auf Strecken nach Karte oder Roadbook haben die Teilnehmer freie
Fahrt innerhalb der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen oder sind an gewisse
Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten (nicht über 50 km/h) gebunden.
Geheime Kontrollen auf der Strecke. Zeitkontrollen, diverse Regelmässigkeitsprüfungen. Schlauch- und Navigationsprüfungen. Die Fahrer haben sich strikte an die Regeln der schweizerischen, österreichischen,
deutschen und italienischen Strassenverkehrsgesetze zu halten.
Nature of the competition
On stretches indicated on the map or the roadbook, the participants
may drive freely but have to abide by the law and may not surpass
certain average speed limits (not above 50 km/h). Secret checks along
the route, time measurement checks, various regularity controls, tube
tests and navigation exercises. The drivers have to abide by the laws of
the Swiss, Austrian, German, and Italian road trafﬁc acts.
Reglement
Die ausführlichen allgemeinen Bestimmungen sowie das Sportreglement werden den Teilnehmern mit der Teilnahmebestätigung zugestellt. Das Veranstaltungsreglement mit allen weiteren Unterlagen
erhalten die Teilnehmer im Dezember 2016.
Regulations
The complete general regulations and the sports regulation will be
sent to the participants with the conﬁrmation of participation. The
participants will receive the procedural regulations with the remaining documentation in December 2016.
Spikes
Sind in der Schweiz, in Österreich und Italien auf sämtlichen Strassen
erlaubt, ausgenommen auf den Schweizerischen Autobahnen.
Spikes
Permitted on all roads in Switzerland, Austria and Italy, except on

Versicherungen
Sind in jedem Falle und ausschliesslich Sache der Teilnehmer.
Insurance
Participants are responsible for all insurance.
Haftungsausschluss
Der Veranstalter lehnt jede Haftung gegenüber Fahrzeugen,
Drittpersonen, Teilnehmern, deren Begleitpersonen und Halter der
Fahrzeuge ab. Die Fahrzeuglenker und/oder Fahrzeughalter haften
gegenüber Drittpersonen. Der Teilnehmer erklärt mit der Unterzeichnung der Anmeldung, dass er diese Bedingungen vorbehaltlos
annimmt und dass er ausdrücklich darauf verzichtet, die Organisation RAID auf irgendeine Weise und aus welchen Gründen auch immer, gerichtlich zu verfolgen.
Liability exclusion
The organizer declines all liability towards vehicles, third parties,
participants and their accompanying persons as well as owners of
the vehicles. The drivers and/or owners shall be liable toward third
parties. The participant’s signature on the registration form conﬁrms
the acceptance of these conditions. The participants expressly undertake to refrain from bringing legal proceedings against the organisers of the rally for any reason and in any form.

Diese können in St. Moritz geparkt und dort ab 21. Januar 2017
wieder abgeholt werden.

Interfracht Speditions AG Gepäckservice
Interfracht Speditions AG ist Partner des WinterRAID und des RAID
SUISSE-PARIS. In Zusammenarbeit mit diesem Weltunternehmen
wird ein Gepäckservice geboten. Dies für Fahrer, denen in ihrem
Oldtimer wenig Gepäckraum zur Verfügung steht. Das Gepäck wird
zuverlässig von Hotel zu Hotel transportiert. Rückgabe am Samstag im Hotel Kempinski, St.Moritz. Für diese Dienstleistung, die im
Nenngeld inbegriffen ist, ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung unbedingt erforderlich (vergl. Anmeldeformular).
Interfracht Speditions AG luggage service
In cooperation with Interfracht Speditions AG, a worldwide enterprise and partner of the WinterRAID and the RAID SUISSE-PARIS, a
luggage service is offered especially for drivers whose historic cars
offer little luggage space. The luggage will be reliably transported
from hotel to hotel. Return on Saturday at the Hotel Kempinski in
St. Moritz. This service is included in the entry fee. A binding registration is necessary to use this special service (see entry form).

Der grosse Rallyetag startet in Seefeld und führt auf Umwegen über die Berge und auf kleinen Bergstrassen wieder
zurück ins Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol. Hier kommen Sie früh
genug an, um die Einrichtungen des Hauses geniessen zu
können.
The great rally day starts out and ends in Seefeld, taking the
participants over mountains and small alpine roads all day.
You will be back at the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol early enough
to enjoy the outstanding facilities of the house.

Über Pässe und Bergstrecken in den Vinschgau (I) und zurück nach St. Moritz. NEU: Zielankunft beim Hotel Kempinski. Das traditionelle Fondueessen mit der Preisverleihung in
der neuen Kempinski Skihütte im Hotelpark, begleitet von
den Klängen einer Musikkapelle. Ende der Veranstaltung ca.
19:00 Uhr.
Over passes and mountain routes to Venosta (I) and back to
St. Moritz. NEW: Finish at Hotel Kempinski. The traditional
cheese fondue as well as the Award Presentation will be held
in the new Kempinski ski-hut of the hotel park, accompanied
by a band. End of the event at approx. 7:00 pm.
