Review and update inventory data and latest sales information between internal/3rd party systems as well as tools to monitor product availability to ensure required service level. Ensure value added to planning through close discussions and monitoring with continuous inputs from Demand Planning Collect, monitor, record and update system with data relevant to 3rd party planning, ensuring that the data is credible and retrievable Drive improvements within the 3rd party/IG (PO) process to contribute towards the achievement of the ptimization of the process, customer service and supply chain efficiencies and inventory level reductions. Ensure alignment between manufacturing production plans and the unconstrained demand plans and challenge suppliers where demand is at risk. Support annual budget process and reviews as required by the business. Monitoring of vender performance related to promotional activities and events before, during and after the indicated periods Work with sales and marketing to ensure reduction in an obsolescence level on promotional materials and finished goods Negotiate freight & landed (import/export) costs for all imported finished goods and ensure optimization of container utilization Control import/export materials and Finished Goods (RM/PM) Control Freight-in cost for importing.
