aufgehoben. Mit Hilfe des Kutzschbach Connection Wizard werden die Signale von Produktionsmaschinen dazu gebracht, mit der IT zu „sprechen“.
Das Ergebnis: Die Maschine meldet ihren Status selbstständig an den Maschinenführer.
Ob über einen zentralen Leitstand oder auf das Smartphone, der Status der Maschine ist
immer erkennbar. Regelmäßige Kontrollgänge am Wochenende oder nachts werden dadurch
überflüssig. Darüber hinaus werden sämtliche Informationen über Auslastung, Stillstände
und sonstige Zustände der Maschine aufgezeichnet und liefert so die Basis für langfristige
Auswertungen.
