The Forum for the OP and care sector
In den Hallen 5 – 7 dreht sich alles um Themen wie
Medical-Produkte, Wundversorgung, Einwegartikel und
vieles mehr aus dem Bereich der Bedarfs- und Verbrauchsartikel. Praxisorientierte Vorträge zu modernen Therapiekonzepten zur Wundversorgung sind die Schwerpunkte im
MEDICA WOUND CARE FORUM.
In halls 5–7, everything revolves around topics such as
medical products, wound care, disposable items and
much more from the area of commodities and consumable
articles. Practice-oriented lectures on modern therapy
concepts regarding wound care are the focal points of
the MEDICA WOUND CARE FORUM.

unter Leitung von Geschäftsführer Dr. Stephan Eder aus
Radolfzell an allen vier Messetagen über das Abc der
Wundversorgung.

on all four days of the show.

The ABC of wound care at MEDICA
Anhand konkreter Fallbesprechungen wird die sachgerechte Versorgung von Patienten mit chronischen Wunden
wie z. B. Ulcus cruris, Dekubitus oder diabetischem Fuß auf
anschauliche Weise vermittelt. Messebesucher können sich
über die Grundlagen der Lokaltherapie ebenso informieren
wie über den adäquaten Einsatz der zur Auswahl stehenden
Materialien. Unter anderem geht es um die Wundversorgung von Ulcus cruris venosum, diabetischem Fuß und
Lymphödem. Auch spezielle Themen wie Kompressionsverbände, Exsudatmanagement oder Vakuumtherapie werden
ausführlich vorgestellt.
By means of case reviews, the appropriate care of patients
with chronic wounds such as, for example, leg ulcers,
decubitus or diabetic foot are presented in a clear manner.
Trade fair visitors are not only able to gather information
about the basics of local therapy but also about the
appropriate use of the available materials, e.g. compression
bandages. Also special topics such as exsudate
management or vacuum therapy are presented in detail.
On Wednesday, the presentation language will be English.
On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday the lecture language
is German.
