Lieber Herr Kollege:
Herr Alexander Kolin hat mir eine Telec zur Konstruktion eines Zählers für Pluotonen [sic] mitgeteilt, die mir sehr gefallen hat. Ich bitte Sie seht, sich darüber berichten zu lussen und Herr
Kolin es womöglich die Ausführung des Planes zu möglich zu machen. Er hat bei G. Hertz in
Berlin gearbeitet.
