国内主要展示会場における年内のイベント実施状況について

ジェトロバンコク事務所では、タイ国内で年内に開催される主な展示会・見本市の実施状況（予
定通り実施／中止／延期）について、10 月 25 日時点のバンコク市内・近郊の主要展示場の公
開情報などに基づき、以下表のとおり取りまとめた。

表 1 では予定通り開催される主要イベント（開催中、開催済を含む）、表 2 は延期・中止が発表さ
れた主要イベントをそれぞれ一覧形式で取りまとめた。記載情報は、いずれも、バンコク国際貿
易展示場（BITEC）、クイーン・シリキット国際会議場（Queen Sirikit）、インパクト・エキシビジョン
＆コンベンションセンター（IMPACT）、およびロイヤル・パラゴンホール(Royal Paragon) の公開
情報に基づく。（※表中には同 4 会場のイベント実施状況・予定のみ記載）

表 1 のとおり、上記 4 展示場では、10 月 13 日以降、12 月 31 日までの間に計 44 件のイベント
が、当初開催スケジュールのとおり実施される。

展示会などをはじめとする国内のビジネス関連イベントについては、商務省・国際貿易振興局
（DITP）やタイ・コンベンション＆ エキシビション・ビューロー（TCEB）などの政府機関から、「服
喪期間中も経済・貿易関連イベントは予定通り実施する」方針が示されている。同方針に基づき、
11 月 23～26 日に予定されている ASEAN 最大の工作機械見本市「Grand METALEX 2016」、11
月 30 日～12 月 12 日に予定されている「第 33 回タイ国際モーターエキスポ（Thailand
International Motor Expo 2016）」、2016 年 12 月 10～18 日に予定されている「タイ・ベストショッピ
ングフェア 2016（Thailand Best Shopping Fair 2016）」などは予定通の開催が決定している。

他方、音楽コンサートや、ゲームショウ、ユーチューブに関するファンイベントなど、B to C で娯
楽・興行色の強いイベントに関しては、延期・中止が発表されているものも多い。主要 4 展示場
の発表によれば、10 月 25 日時点（公開情報で把握できたものに限る）で、合計 14 件のイベント
延期、6 件の中止が決定している。
