Standard-Anschlussvarianten:

Intermediate Bulk Container ( IBC ) werden für den
Transport und die Lagerung verschiedener Medien
genutzt. Die gängigsten IBC bestehen aus Kunststoff
und haben ein Anschlussgewinde S60 x 6. Um z.B.
eine Schlauchleitung anzuschließen, wird bisher
entweder ein Kunst
stoff
adapter oder eine vom
Nutzer entwickelte Anschlussmöglichkeit verwendet.

228) zur Verbindung des betriebsseitig genutzten
Schnellkupplungssystems ( z.B. 'TW' Kupplungen,
'Camlock' Hebelarmkupplungen, 'DDC' Trockenkupp
lungen).

• Sicherheits-Schlaucheinbindungen Spannloc oder
Spannfix MC 38-S60 SS bzw. MX 38-S60 SS, um
eine Schlauchleitung direkt an den IBC-Container
anschließen zu können.
Reduzierstück-Material:
• Werkstoff: Edelstahl 1.4408
• Dichtung: CSM Hypalon (schwarz)

Intermediate Bulk Container ( IBC ) are used for
the transfer and storage of different media. The
standard IBC is made of plastic material and has a
connection thread S60 x 6. So far, operators have
used a plastic adapter or self-made solution to
connect e.g. a hose assembly.
In order to provide a solution Elaflex is supplying two
standard connection threads:
• Female reducer type RS S60 x 2" SS to G 2" AG
(ISO 228) for the connection of the existing quick
coupling system ( such as 'TW', 'Camlock' or 'DDC'
couplings )
or
• Spannloc bolted or Spannfix pinned safety clamps
MC 38-S60 SS or MX 38-S60 SS to directly connect
a hose assembly with the IBC.
Materials of female reducer type:
• Material: stainless steel 1.4408
• Seal: CSM Hypalon ( black )
