R represents alkyl or alkenyl, R represents hydrogen or alkyl, with the proviso that R and R1 are different, and R2 represents hydrogen, cyano or
alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl having in each case up to 4 carbon atoms, and are obtained if 3-alken-1-yl-2,2-dimethyl-cyclo-propanecarboxylic acids of
the general formula <IMG> (II) wherein R and R1 have the meaning given above, or reactive derivatives of these acids, are reacted with 4-fluoro-3phenoxy-benzyl alcohols of the general formula (III), <IMG> Le A 20 910 wherein R2 has the meaning given above, or with reactive derivatives of
these alcohols, if appropriate in the presence of an acid acceptor and/or catalyst, and if appropriate using a diluent. The compounds of the formula

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue 3-Alken-1-yl-2,2-dimethyl-cyclopropancarbonsäure-(4-fluor-3-phenoxy-benzyl)-ester der Formel I <IMAGE> in
welcher R für Alkyl oder Alkenyl steht, R¹ für Wasserstoff oder Alkyl steht mit der Maßgabe, daß R und R¹ verschieden sind und R² für Wasserstoff,
Cyano, Alkyl, Alkenyl oder Alkinyl, letztere jeweils mit bis zu 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, steht. Man erhält sie, wenn man 3-Alken-1-yl-2,2-dimethyl-cyclopropancarbonsäuren der Formel II <IMAGE> in welcher R und R¹ die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben, oder reaktionsfähige Derivate derselben,
mit 4-Fluor-3-phenoxy-benzylalkoholen der Formel III <IMAGE> in welcher R² die oben angegebene Bedeutung hat, oder mit reaktionsfähigen
Derivaten derselben, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von Säureakzeptoren und oder Katalysatoren und gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von
Verdünnungsmitteln umsetzt. Die neuen 3-Alken-1-yl-2,2-dimethyl-cyclopropancarbonsäure-(4-fluor-3-phenoxy-benzyl)-ester der Formel I zeichnen
sich durch hohe pestizide Wirksamkeit aus.
