 Quick Service Protection(以下”QSP”)の機能自体の利用方法、
および動作に関する問い合わせ。
 QSPリソース（監視するサービス）を組み込んだLifeKeeper環
境で発生した障害の初期調査と切り分け。
 LifeKeeper API for Monitoring（以下”API”）の機能自体の利
用方法、および動作に関する問い合わせ。

 QSPリソース（起動/停止/監視用のスクリプトを含む）に関す
る問い合わせや問題調査。
 LifeKeeper以外の他ツールとAPIの連携方法、及び連携により
