BASES SORTEO
1.- Únicamente serán válidas las papeletas que se ajusten al modelo
expedido por LUM Los Últimos Mohicanos
2.- Las papeletas no se venden.
3.- Por cada consumición que se realice el día 25 de septiembre de 2016
se dará una papeleta para el sorteo, hasta fin de existencias.
4.- Para considerar válida una papeleta se deben rellenar todos datos de
la misma, es decir nombre, e-mail y teléfono.
5.- Hay que introducir la papeleta en la urna habilitada a tal efecto.
6.- El sorteo tendrá lugar en LUM Los Últimos Mohicanos, el mismo día
25 de septiembre a las 20 horas, extrayendo al azahar una papeleta
de la urna.
7.- El nombre del ganador/a del sorteo se publicará en la web:
http://www.los-ultimos-mohicanos.es/.

8.- De conformidad con la normativa vigente en materia de protección de
datos de carácter personal, le informamos que los datos personales
facilitados se incorporarán en ficheros responsabilidad de LUM Los
Últimos Mohicanos, con el fin de informar de futuros eventos. Puede
ejercitar su derecho de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición

RAFFLE CONDITIONS
1.- Only tickets like shown above from LUM Los Ultimos Mohicanos are
valid
2.- The tickets are not for sale.
3.- For every consumption made on the 25th of september 2016 will be
handed out a ticket for the raffle till end of stock
4.- To consider valid a ticket it is necessary to fill out all data asked for, so
to say: name, e-mail adress and mobil number
5.- The ticket has to be put in the ballot-box.
6.- The raffle will take place at LUM Los Ultimos Mohicanos, on the same
day 25th of september 2016 at 08:00 pm taking a ticket from the ballotbox.
7.- The name of the winner of the raffle will be published online at:
http://www.los-ultimos-mohicanos.es/.

8.- In accordance with the current regulation of personal data protection
we inform that all personal data supplied will be included in files in
responsibility of LUM Los Ultimos Mohicanos aiming at informing for

VERLOSUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
1.- Es haben aussschließlich die im oben stehenden Modell sichtbaren
Lose von LUM Los Ultimos Mohicanos Gültigkeit.
2.- Die Lose sind nicht verkäuflich.
3.- Für jeden Verzehr, der am 25. Septermber 2016 getätigt wird, wird ein
Los für die Verlosung ausgegeben werden, bis keine Lose mehr
vorhanden sind.
4.- Damit ein Los für gültig erklärt werden kann, sind die auf dem Los
angfragten Daten anzugeben, wie Name, E-mail und Mobilnummer.
5.- Des weiteren ist das Los in die dafür bereitgestellte Lostrommel
einzuwerfen.
6.- Die Verlosung findet bei LUM Los Ultimos Mohicanos, am gleichen
Tag, Sonntag, den 25. September 2016 um 20 Uhr statt, indem ein
Los aus der Lostrommel gezogen wird.
7.- Der Name des Gewinners der Verlosung wird bekannt gegeben unter:
http://www.los-ultimos-mohicanos.es/.
Das Los verfällt am 16. Oktober 2016 (Motul Grand Prix of Japan)
