Als innovative, stetig wachsende Marke mit hoher Authentizität sucht die Kölner Fahrradschmiede
BOMBTRACK Bicycle Company zum 01. Dezember 2016 Verstärkung im Bereich Produkt
Management/Produktentwicklung.
Die 2011 mit großem Pioniergeist gegründete Marke hat ihre Wurzel im Fixed Gear- und FreestyleSegment und ist bis heute mit Produkten, Sponsorings und als verlässlicher Partner vor allem in der
Fixed Gear-Criterium-Scene präsent.
Darüber hinaus haben die Köpfe hinter BOMBTRACK stetig daran gearbeitet, Konventionen zu
sprengen und neuartige, innovative Räder zu kreieren.
Der Ansatz, vielseitige und multifunktionale Räder zu entwickeln, zeigt sich exemplarisch an
BOMBTRACKs ARISE, dem 'Schweizer Taschenmesser' der Marke.
Mittlerweile finden sich technisch und ästhetisch absolut ausgereifte und leistungsstarke Cyclocross-,
Renn- & All-Road-Räder im Produktportfolio. 2016 und 2017 bewegt man sich bei BOMBTRACK zudem
verstärkt auf unbefestigten Wegen: Mit dem BEYOND hat sich die Marke erfolgreich im Bereich der
unkonventionellen Abenteuer-Räder etabliert. Für 2017 stehen ein mit Spannung erwartetes 27.5+Modell sowie eine ‚Monstercross-Version‘ des populären HOOK in den Startlöchern.
Glaubwürdigkeit, Leidenschaft, Nonkonformismus und ein hohes Maß an technischer und ästhetischer

Dich erwarten abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben:

Erstellen von Ideen und Entwürfen in 3D CAD für unsere zahlreichen Marken und
Produkte in einer innovativen Branche mit einem Gefühl für Details und Trends – dies
gilt für unsere komplette, sehr reichhaltige Produktpalette von Kompletträdern über
Zubehör und Ersatzteilen bis hin zu Bekleidung, Schuhen und Schoner
Kommunikation und Präsentation der Konzepte
Erstellen von Montagezeichnungen und Einzelteilzeichnungen für unsere Produzenten
Führung des Produkts von der Idee bis hin zur Markteinführung
Du bringst diese Qualifikationen mit:

Berufsausbildung zum Technischen Zeichner (m/w) bzw. Technischen Produktdesigner
(m/w) oder Vergleichbares mit mindestens drei Jahren Berufserfahrung
Konzeptionelle Denkweise, Kreativität und Leidenschaft in der Gestaltung von
Produkten sowie deren dynamischer Umsetzung, kombiniert mit Übersicht und
Organisationstalent
ausgezeichnetes Verständnis für Materialien und Herstellungsprozesse
Sicherer Umgang mit 3D CAD, idealerweise Solidworks, Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator
und MS Office Programmen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Fähigkeit sowohl selbstständig, als auch kooperativ im Team zu arbeiten

As an innovative, steadily growing brand with a high grade of authenticity, Cologne based bicycle brand
BOMBTRACK is searching for a product manager/developer (m/f) to join the company from the 1st of
December 2016 on.
Established in 2011 with lots of pioneering spirit, BOMBTRACK is deeply rooted in the sphere of Fixed
Gear-/Fixed Gear-Freestyle. These roots are still reflected through the brands engagement within the
Fixed Gear-Criterium-Scene. BOMBTRACK supports this upcoming discipline by providing perfectly
matching bikes and supporting teams and events.
Furthermore, the heads behind the brand have steadily aimed to blast conventions and to create novel
and innovative bikes. Today, one can find both technically and aesthetically matured CX, Road- and AllRoad-Bikes in BOMBTRACK's model range. Also the 2016 and 2017 model years brought some news:
The BEYOND established the brands name within the circles of unconventional adventure bikes. In
2017 the 27.5+-BEYOND and a so-called 'Monstercrosser', based on the popular HOOK model are ready
to take off.
The brands approach to develop multi-purpose bicycles which offer the greatest amount of
possibilities for the rider is exemplified in the very popular ARISE-model.
Credibility, passion, non-conformity as well as a high degree of technological and creative competence
are shaping BOMBTRACK's brand identity and will lead the brand into the future.

As a product designer / manager (m/f) with experience you will be able to hit the ground running and
work on new product designs with sketches and CAD drawings. As your design develops your
knowledge and experience will allow you to manage the product through to its release onto the
market.
Requirements
Above all we’re looking for someone who possess a creative ability in developing ideas and problem
solving, but combined with the knowledge and experience to see the product through to production.
This role would suit someone who likes to take ownership of his or her work, and is naturally very
organized. With so many brands and products the workflow is varied and fast, so you need to be able
to flick between tasks easily. You will work in a close team of graphic and product designers so a
friendly and open personality is a must.
