CONNECTION REQUIRES CAREFUL SCREW ASSEMBLY. FOR THIS REASON, THE FOLLOWING
WORK STEPS MUST BE FOLLOWED!
Stellen Sie vor der Montage sicher, dass das Einschraubloch nach ISO 1179-1 TYPE W (breit) die entsprechende Mindestgewindetiefe hat.
(Maße siehe Seite 2.07)
Before assembly, ensure that the threaded bore according to ISO 1179-1 TYPE W (wide) has the appropriate minimum thread depth.
(See page 2.07 for dimensions)
1. Feststellmutter bis zum Anschlag drehen
Turn the locking nut to the limit stop
AVIT einstellbare Winkel-Einschraubverschraubungen werden werkseitig mit einer vormontierten
Feststellmutter ⑥ und eingelegtem O-Ring ⑤ geliefert. Der durch die Feststellmutter gekammerte
O-Ring ⑦ wird durch eine Plastikschutzkappe gegen
Abfallen bzw. Verlieren gesichert.
Adjustable AVIT elbow screw connections are delivered with a pre-assembled locking nut ⑥ and installed O-ring ⑤. The O-ring ⑦ chambered by the
locking nut is secured by a plastic protective cap to
prevent drop or lose.
Überprüfen Sie vor dem Einschrauben, ob die Feststellmutter ⑥ vollständig bis zum Anschlag zurückgedreht ist und ölen Sie das Gewinde des Einschraubzapfens ① leicht ein. Schrauben Sie den
Verschraubungskörper ① mit Feststellmutter ⑥
und O-Ring ⑦ bis zum spürbaren Druckpunkt handfest ein.
Before screwing it in place, check whether the locking nut ⑥ is completely unscrewed to the mechanical stop and lightly oil the thread of the threaded port
connection ①.
Screw in the screw connection element ① with locking nut ⑥ and O-ring ⑦ by hand to the perceptible
pressure point.
Richten Sie den Verschraubungskörper in einem beliebigen Winkel von max. 360° durch Zurückdrehen
entsprechend Ihrer Rohrleitung aus und ziehen Sie
die Feststellmutter ⑥ mit dem entsprechenden
Drehmoment fest. (siehe Seite 2.10, Tabelle - Anzugsdrehmomente, Einschraubstutzen Ø d1)
Anschließend können Sie die Rohrleitung gemäß der
Montageanleitung fertigmontieren. (Seite 2.10) Bei
einer erneuten Montage sind die Dichtungen auf
Beschädigungen zu überprüfen und ggf. zu ersetzen.
2. Bis zum Druckpunkt einschrauben

Align the screw connection element at the desired
angle to fit your pipeline by turning it back for max.
360° and tighten the locking nut ⑥ to the appropriate torque. (see page 2.10, Table - Assembly torques,

3. Ausrichten durch max. 360° Zurückdrehen
Adjust by turning back (max. 360°)

Then you can finish assembly of the pipeline according to the assembly instructions. (Page 2.10).
If making a reassembly, inspect the seals for damage
and replace them if necessary.
