Responsibilities
The Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) is a 2-year entry-level engineering program committed to the
development of people with a passion for technology and a drive for technical excellence. The Edison program is designed
to accelerate participants' professional development through intense technical training and a variety of business-critical
assignments. EEDP graduates have the technical and business foundation to make innovative contributions that help save
and improve people's lives. If you love technology and want a career in engineering, the Edison Engineering Development

• Plan and perform assigned tasks within the framework of areas’ schedules, budget, quality and cost constraints while
maintaining accuracy and thoroughness
• Demonstrate ability to understand and apply engineering fundamentals in the business environment
• Demonstrate analytical / problem solving through number orientation
• Collaborate with manager in setting realistic and challenging operation goals
• Contribute to their accomplishment
• Propose new analyses, techniques and methodologies with respect to specific area of responsibility where applicable
Qualifications
•
Master Degree in one of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Electronics, Drive Systems
or Drive Control
•
Excellent grade point average
•
A strong commitment to a career in technology and a passion for engineering
•
Good communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms
•
A demonstrated strong technical aptitude towards problem solving
•
Strong team skills with demonstrated leadership skills
•
Knowledge of advanced mathematics
•
Unrestricted work authorization for Germany and Europe
•
Willingness to relocate and to move as business needs change
•
Fluent German and English language skills
