Position Opening for Faculty (Laos Satellite Campus)
名古屋大学では、博士学位の取得を希望する各国政府幹部等に対して、名古屋大学アジア
サテライトキャンパスと本学本邦キャンパスとの連携によるハイブリッド型の教育を提供し、
現職を維持したまま、その経験と知識を深化させることを目的とした博士課程 (後期課程)プ
ログラム「国家中枢人材養成プログラム」を実施します。
ついては、同プログラムにおける教員を下記のとおり募集します。
Through the "Transnational Doctoral Programs for Leading Professionals in Asian Countries",
Nagoya University is offering a special doctoral program which primarily targets government officials
from selected Asian countries who wish to earn a doctoral degree. This is a hybrid education program
which links Nagoya University’s main campus to satellite campuses throughout Asia that have been
established specifically for this program. The program is unique in that it provides enrolled students an
opportunity to deepen their knowledge and experience and work towards a doctoral degree without
having to take time out from their career.

４．職務内容：
○名古屋大学本邦キャンパス指導教員と協力し、法学分野の博士課程（後期課程）
「国家中枢人材養
成プログラム」の学生に対して、資料収集等の指導、博士論文の作成指導（アカデミックライテ
ィング）及び現地における研究指導の補助
○サテライトキャンパスの管理運営に関する業務
○名古屋大学が展開する「ラオス・日本法教育研究センター」との連携に係る業務ほか、名古屋大
学が行う当該国における事業の運営・管理に関する業務
4. Job description: Working in cooperation with academic advisors at the Nagoya University main campus
(Japan), the successful applicant will be required to provide guidance to doctoral students in
the field of Law who are enrolled in the "Transnational Doctoral Programs for Leading
Professionals in Asian Countries", in the collection of materials, the conduct of country
specific research and the development of general academic writing skills. In addition, the
successful applicant will be expected to carry out tasks related to the management and
operation of the Laos Satellite Campus as well as tasks pertaining to cooperation with
Laos-Japan Legal Research and Education Center, and assist with other activities carried out
in Laos by Nagoya University.
５．応募要件：
（１）博士学位（法学又は政治学関連）を有する者で、博士論文（英文）の作成指導（アカデミッ
クライティング）
、研究指導の補助に十分な能力を有する者
（２）英語・日本語での業務を行う事が出来る者
（３）ラオスサテライトキャンパスの管理運営に係る十分な能力を有する者
5. Application requirements:
(1) To hold a doctor’s degree in the field of Law or Political Science-related and have sufficient ability to
give both guidance on writing a doctoral thesis in English (academic writing) and assist with research
guidance.
(2) To have a good command of English and Japanese.
(3) To have sufficient capacity to assist in the management and operation of the Laos Satellite Campus
６．着任時期：2016 年 11 月 1 日以降のできるだけ早い時期
6. Starting date: As soon as possible after November 1, 2016
７．任期： 2017 年 3 月 31 日まで（更新の可能性あり。原則として最大３年まで。）
7. Term of appointment: Fixed term until March 31, 2017 (renewable up to 3years.)
８．給与・諸手当：年俸制（現地国における給与水準を勘案し、学歴・職歴により決定）
8. Salary / allowances: Annual salary system (to be decided based on education/employment history,
in view of the circumstances of wage standards in Laos)

と。なお、ご提出いただいた応募書類は、返却しませんので、予めご了承下さい、応募書類は、
本選考のみに使用します。
尚、郵便事情等で締切までに原本を届けることが難しい場合、事前にＥメール
（[email protected] まで）で、応募資料一式を pdf にて送付すること。
